Great Service

I purchased a Youshiko Radio Controlled Wall Clock ( Official UK & Ireland Version ), Premium Quality , Silver , Aluminium Case 30cm , / 12-Inch Diameter clock from Amazon. Initially it all went well, after a couple of week the clock stopped. I contacted customer support who responded very quickly with some suggestion as to resolve the issue. Unfortunately none of these worked so they asked me to return the clock for investigation. This I did and subsequently received a replacement which is working fine so far. I must commend them. on their customer service and response time which have been very good and make a nice change compaired to many other suppliers.

I have just moved house and had…

I have just moved house and had difficulty getting set up with connections,wifi mainly. Emailed and Youshiko were really helpful informed and solved the problem. Excellent service and sell brilliant weather stations👍

YC 9445 Sensor Problem.

good product, fast service

I bought a digital radio controlled clock from this company. It arrived in three days, well packed. Works exactly as described, and picked up the radio timing signal within an hour of being switched on. In addition, the LCD has a wide viewing angle, unlike many cheaper products. So overall, very pleased with this and would use them again.

Had a bit of bother with our weather…

Had a bit of bother with our weather station when it wouldn’t give us any stats for outside. Contacted customer service who responded promptly with what to do and it worked. We are now up and running again. Thank you

Weather Station

My Father bought a weather station, couldn't get it setup as wouldn't connect to the wifi, he received no help from Youshiko at all. He gave it to me to sell & he bought another. I set it up at home but wouldn't connect. Contacted Youshiko & were very helpful. After a bit of fiddling about we got it working. They were very helpful & responsive.

Had an issue with my YC9466

Had an issue with my YC9466, for some time it's been showing easterly winds constantly.I tried turning unit off & on, but still the same.Email to Youshiko this morning, reply within an hour and following their instructions, all good.Amazing response time, really nice to get such a quick response time nowadays.

Had this clock for a year and was…

Had this clock for a year and was superb, then battery died and changed to a new duracell in Feb Since then it's been dreadful and just stops completely when it feels like it. Was happy at first but now really not impressed!

How customer service should be

I purchased a new weather station and selected the Youshiko YV9342 and had a problem with the remote time setting feature. I email them late last night got a response with advice which resolved my issue within 20 minutes of my request. Excellent service!

Great Product and Service

In our fifth year now with the weather station and never had a problem. However, just recently the external sensor stopped communicating with the console. A quick email to Youshiko service followed by a reply 20 minutes later solved the problem - great service.
