had connection issues between iphone and display. sent a note to youshiko. got a response and a follow-up within 3-4 hrs (time difference as well). super service, great turnaround. working perfect now (my fault)

Defective projection clocks

I purchased two projector clocks, they actually stop projecting for 7 minutes per hour in the night, unless your bedside table is a window to improve signal strength. So for most people, these clocks will not work for 12% of the time and this is by design! The whole idea of this projection clock is to see the time when you are in bed in the dark, so they are useless. Add onto that, if you buy a product, the customer service never replies. I am currently unable to return my defective clocks.More electrical junk for the tip.Update: they say they do reply, maybe it went to junk mail?

Cant repair it

Bought my YC9387 weather station about 3 years ago and it has worked very well until this week. I changed the battery on the 5 in 1 weather sensor and the temperature/humidity reading is not recording. the small sensor, which is accessible, has obviously failed. They will not send a new part, you have to buy a whole new unit £80 . Not happy, I thought new legislation was being bought in to save waste and get things fixed?I have been in touch with your service dept as I wanted just to repair the bad sensor. and here is their reply. It is obvious from my emails with you that you do not want to repair it, so plkease dont make me out as a liar. I have been in constant contact by email, and have left my mobile number so somebody can call, but all i have had is an email telling me to order a whole new unit!!
