Grat help

Prompt, Efficient, Patient and excellent Customer Service

I bought a weather station and was having difficulty in setting it up and connected to internet...due mostly to my incompetence.I contacted their Customer Services Department who responded promptly with a phone call and talked me through the process step by step.This is what Customer Service should be like..excellent

I received my Youshiko weather station today and so far I’m impressed with it, a minor problem when setting it up was very swiftly dealt with by a text to Yashiko when they sent me instructions which cured the problem. Great service. 👍

Great weather station, wonderful support

The weather station is great, and still working great after more than 1 year.At first I thought it was too cheap to be good, but I was proven wrong. The build quality is very good, the temperature indications seem very accurate, and the projector has been on continuously for one year with no signs of degradation.Recently, the batteries in the external temperature sensor ran out, so I replaced them. The internal unit would not show any external temperature reading after that, so I reset the external unit, to no avail. I emailed the company, and a very quick reply told me I also had to reset the internal unit for them to be paired again. I did that and it worked again straight away.The product is great and the company support equally brilliant. I will definitely buy from them again.

Well made and accurate weather station

Well made and accurate weather station. Simplicity itself to set up and what is particularly impressive is the display. It shows an incredible amount of information yet is remarkably easy to read. My partially sighted partner can even read from it.Excellent.
