Perfect in every way!

I purchased a Youshiko weather station from Amazon and on arrival, both hubby and I were unable to pull the stand out at the back. We were afraid to force it in case it broke. I messaged the company on Saturday at 9.02am not expecting to hear anything until Monday. To my surprise a very helpful man (sorry didn’t get his name) phoned back at 9.13am and after explaining my problem to him, told me that as it is a new product, the stand would be a little stiff and just to push it hard which I did and voila - perfect. Extremely pleased with the weather station and the Customer Service. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Well done Youshiko and many thanks.

Brilliant and prompt after service

Surprised to find a company that still offers good service and not just take your money, we have had a weather station from them for a number of years and a month ago it packed up, I contacted customer services just to see if there was anything we could try before buying again and got great advice and the old unit now works again.Brilliant and prompt service.

Excellent customer service

Had a problem with the weather station outdoor sensor, I emailed Youshiko and they checked it hadn't been left out in the rain or direct sun then asked that I return it. A few days later a new replacement arrived and is working fine, very good customer service (brilliant weather station too)

Had a small problem with our weather station internal display. One mail to Youshiko UK and one mail back giving clear precise instructions on how to fix the problem and Bingo it worked! Excellent customer service!

Thermometer Hygrometer with Touch Buttons…

I ordered a thermometer hygrometer with touch buttons, after unpacking the item i saw scratches on the screen, I contacted Youshiko who promptly replied. They informed me that there was a thin plastic film over the screen, I checked and removed the thin film which resolved the problem. Extremely happy with my purchase

Contacted Youshiko uk regarding outdoor sensor not working after i had inserted new batteries . After a couple of prompt replies i had the sensor up and running again after being sent the easy resetting instructions from Youshiko ,very happy with customer service thank you .
