Great company who designed and created the most amazing windows for a very unique space. Marcus and Danny are loverly chaps and where great throughout the whole process. We also had Dan and Jenny come to complete the snaggy who were also both amazing and lovely people too who went above and beyond. Highly recommend 😁😁😁
Excellent service from start to finish. The team are every level of the organisation and stage of the process are friendly and knowledgeable. We had a seamless experience, from ordering to installation took less than a month. We ordered a 5m Origin [OB49] bifold and they look stunning. Our installation guys were friendly and professional and answered all our questions. We would happily recommend 1st folding to anyone considering new windows!
We have had a very good experience with 1st Folding Sliding Doors. We purchased aluminium bifold doors (3m wide) and two pieces of roof glass (one of which was very large and heavy - 3m by 1.2m) for a new kitchen extension in West London. We had quotes from three different suppliers and I did visit their showroom to do some due diligence. The initial site survey was done by Marcus and he confirmed with our builder what the size of the various spaces had to be and how upstands were to be constructed; that was very helpful. After speaking to them, we were able to split the installation over two separate visits. The installation work has been very professional and we have had a follow-up visit to ensure the work has been carried out properly. Happy to use in future and recommend.
I bought two sets of Sunflex bi-folding doors in 2014. Installation was great and very happy with finished product. The doors work well and are very pleasing aesthetically. After 7 years, I recently had an issue where one of the door lock mechanisms got jammed and the doors were stuck closed. I called 1st Folding and they dispatched someone very quickly who fixed the issue free of charge as doors were still under 10-year warranty. Very professional with great customer service. Would highly recommend.

The team have been fantastic, from my first virtual visit / tour of the showroom in March to recent measure appointments and we can’t wait to have the final product fitted. Their unique products are in demand, just look at their Instagram for some really amazing examples of their work and you will see why they are in big demand.Due to my own delays on-site I have had to have multiple surveys with plenty of follow up questions/queries which Marcus has been so patient and helpful with. I have found the service to be superb, with sketches, contract and invoices issued promptly after each stage. Lead times across the entire industry have been impacted by supply chain issues and the team have been very transparent and realistic with that in all communications. Check out their unique oriel window seats and virtually frameless lantern which uses industry leading techniques. 1st folding installed beautiful windows and offered outstanding service and were very professional. Two installers were polite, clean, professional and were able to remove installed windows and fit the new windows with limited / no damage to external walls. Really professional, reasonably priced, very reliable and no ask was trouble for them. We installed dual colour, and windows and openings are stunning.
Had a good experience with them earlier in the year when we had bi-folds and a back door installed (all Origin). We went with them for a new front door and window as well and that has been a nightmare. Site visit for front door took place in April 2021. Told there was a four week lead time on door. Door is a straightforward replacement of existing. Installation due to take place 22 July 2021 over three months later. Fitters turned up and door was ordered with hinges on the wrong side and side window glass was broken. They had to order a new door from the factory which had a four week lead time. Fitters turned up with new door 26 August 2021 and when the unwrapped door realised it had no glass in it and that the side window was clear rather than satin as ordered. They came back the next day unannounced and finally did the installation and did a really great job. I am still chasing the side window 18 October 2021 no sign of that and no communication. We have a spray painted temporary window with our nice new door.
