My brother and I both had large sliding doors installed in our gables about 2–3 years ago, and we’ve had no issues at all. The quality of the frame, the glass, and especially the locking system is excellent.Unfortunately, my house was broken into a few weeks ago. Even though they damaged the frame, they still couldn’t get through the door. In the end, they had to break the thick 10mm glass, which took them quite a while as well.Since then, the team has been absolutely amazing. The care, support, and the way they fast-tracked my door replacement has been 10/10. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Thank you 1st folding sliding doors
We had bifolding doors fitted by 1st Folding Doors 18 years ago and they have been excellent. Recently we had a problem with the closing mechanism and Jenny from the service team could not have been more helpful. She found an engineer same day and Daniel came to resolve the issue. 1st class service and would not hesitate to recommend the firm.
If everyone cared as much as Dan to be friendly, kind, and deliver a quality service - life would be so much better. Dan and his team always let us know when they will be coming, turn up on time, let us know exactly what they are going to do and always do a good job.
