Jenny, many thanks for organising the repair of our Origin Bi-fold doors by your wonderful husband Daniel! Customer service by both of you was absolutey amazing. Sadly, for most companies, it's a lost, underated art, reduced to the bare minimum and yet it's sooo important. 1st Folding Sliding Doors have got it right, the outcome of which will be multiple personal recomendations for neighbours and friends to use 1st FSDs for all future windows and doors purchases and installations. Surely a win/win for all!As a separate note, we cannot fault the Origin EasiSlide 5 door Bi-fold you supplied us. They have been brilliant. High quality and really well insulated. It was only a bottom hinge that had warped, causing the doors to slightly misalign. A simple swap out and replace and we are good to go again for hopefully another 10 years!
We had our doors supplied and fitted by 1st Folding just under 4 years ago and have been very happy with them. Very recently there have been some minor issues with the seals and hinges, 1st Folding sent out a lovely engineer, John, who fixed these today under their generous warranty. It is so nice to be treated well by a company like this. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Fabulous service from First Fold Siding Doors - again. Dan replaced a hinge and seal on my bifold doors today. He’d been given the wrong colour hinge and went back to get the right colour hinge so they all match. Really appreciated his attention to detail and the time spent in making sure everything was right. Plus the cleaning tips!
I had a triple sliding door and frame fitted to a 4th floor balcony in 2007. Marcus Barnard being the principle, met with me a couple of times and picked me up to visit the showroom. I have since replaced all three double glazed panels (the last one today) over that period, one under warranty and the other two paid for (perfectly normal for windows that get very hot sun on them in the summer).Service has always been polite, prompt and civilised. Jenny organised todays visit and her husband Dan plus John carried the new unit up the stairs and took the old one away, no fuss and a bit of banter.So good to have a company you can pick up the phone to, who are also a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend them more - and I do.Thanks First Folding..........
