Very poor customer service.I contacted them 5 times following an installation they did at my place a few years ago that would require some upgrade. They never bothered to call me back and clearly don't seem to give a damn. Apparently some people find comfort in getting paid doing nothing these days ...
The company was invited on site during a kitchen extension in 2017 to survey and fit high spec bifolds. After surveying they were adamant we need to sign the track position on contract before processing the order. Because our screed was still not in place and we requested to finish in line with the track. We even brought the builders on board to assist and laser markings were taken. The company put precise figures to the millimeter on contract and their own surveyor followed up on the phone to confirm everything was clear and agreed.After the installation completed they signed off and ask for payment. Little did we know that they left site without verifying and surveying the work against their own contract. As a result the building works continued, only for us to find out the track is in the wrong position after two months, when floors went down. That left us with an ugly tripping lip to the garden over our floors.They completely ignored communications and dismissed the issue from the very first moment, arguing that the floor was wrong. We ended up making countless efforts to mediate with their own association. When one of the directors finally came on site, four months later, they attempted to put the blame on the floors. While on site their own measurements showed the system was off the mark. They went on making excuses and then offered to move the doors in position on condition we covered all remedial damage costs at the property i.e outside render, plaster, decorations, accidental damages etc. They even dared suggest we did not check their work for them before completing our building. This was the most absurd thing I have ever heard in my life.I invited them to agree the exact dimensions from their own contract, even suggested we appoint an independent surveyor but they were completely dismissive all the way. They went on to prove the earth is flat. They pulled out of every communication and even refused to go to arbitration.Eventually I appointed an independent expert who confirmed there was significant error and the installed system was shorter against the contract. The company received ample notices and we finally ended up in court as they refused to carry out the works or settle for remedial damages. They even had the cheek to issue a ridiculous counterclaim for loss of time, after wasting me valuable time chasing and emailing them for months.The case continues.Avoid at any cost, a truly decent business would respect their signed contracts and foremost their clients.Edit 2020: Directors proceeded to trial with counterclaim in excess of £10,000. In short attempting to make me bankrupt. They lost the case and their counterclaim was thrown out. A demonstration of who you will be dealing with once issues arise post sale. Case closed!
