Review Time
I ordered a jumper at the beginning of December. It was too big so I returned recorded delivery within time frame for refund. Nearly 5 weeks later and I still have no refund. Nobody answers emails and the phone number does not work!It’s a SCAM and they are still trading!!
Unfortunately I have to put 1 star but I don’t think they deserve it! Absolute scam company never received any items ordered (all Christmas presents) never managed to get the company to reply to any emails, dm’s and phone number on the website is fake. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!
After spotting a jumper on Facebook my daughter asked if we could order her the "Could I BE anymore Festive? Funny Christmas Sweatshirt Xmas Jumper" from here. I ordered and paid with Paypal on 16th Nov. Received an order confirmation and then it all went a bit quiet which at that point I was a little worried. I looked at the comments on Facebook and there were plenty of people showing off their jumpers so thought it must be okay, carried on looking through the comments and numerous people saying the company doesn't exist, they can't get hold of anyone, the phone is dead. I tried the phone number and it said "the party is not answering goodbye" which set off alarm bells. I contacted Paypal and they said they can't give out any details for anyone else's account and that I had 180 days to raise a ticket to start the refund process if my item didn't arrive. Anyway I left it and a few days later (24th November) I receive an e-mail saying my order had been dispatched and it arrived today (25th November). Quality of item very good so overall very happy. I think maybe they are so busy they can't keep up. Don't often put reviews on here but wanted to especially after seeing the only review on here for this company. They do need to sort themselves out though as I'm sure they are losing out on business.
