I haven’t got my order 😞

I bought with this company a couple of years ago and LOVED it… HOWEVER ordered something very early May and still haven’t go it 😭. I have contacted the company numerous times to see if it’s on its way and no one responds to me.

Purchase with caution and PayPal

I placed an order on 1st September and the confirmation email stated dispatch within 5-6 days. I received no further correspondence. I emailed twice on 2 separate days on the 12th and 13th of the month with no response. I messaged them using Facebook messenger on the 14th and no response. On the 16th, I applied for a refund via PayPal. I definitely wouldn’t use again. I’m disappointed by the company as I want to support small businesses but the service just isn’t there.

I would give this company zero stars if…

I would give this company zero stars if I could.I ordered two jumpers from them, only receive one in the post.I was incredibly patient, I received one email from them saying that they had had staff off with sickness.A month later and I had still not received my jumper.It took me happen to raise a dispute with my bank to get the money back.Never even received an apology.

Ordered on 23 December

Ordered on 23 December. Was contacted on 5 Jan 2022 saying they were back at work. Mid Feb, was told it had been shipped. Start of March now - no sweatshirt and no response to my 3 emails. Shame as was a nice looking product and my wife would have loved this as a gift from the kids.
