Bought 2-3 times with no issues off this company now I’ve put a slightly bigger order in they seem to struggle with it. They gave no communication until I got in contact and made up the usual excuses and passed the buck to the supplier very very poor customer service. They then won’t answer a follow up email of when I will actually get my order very disappointed and won’t be back
Do not use this company! They sent me the wrong colour tshirts and now are refusing to send the correct ones.They have been ignoring my emails and messages. Their communication is shocking. I've left bad reviews on every social media due to their no communication and sending the wrong order.Avoid this company like the plague.
I made an order at the end of June that was supposed to arrive in 7-10 business days. Almost a month passed and I had no news so I contacted them by email. At first they seemed to be helpful, they confirmed my address and promised to check with the post office. I followed up after a few weeks to ask for a refund and they stopped responding.
I ordered 4 tshirts for my family however when they arrived they didnt fit. I checked the returns process on the website which said I needed an authorisation code. I emailed them 4 or 5 times requesting this with no response. I then sent the tshirts back with all the details signed for delivery. It was signed for on the 24th June 24, it is now 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for refund. I have contacted several times several ways and no response. Shocking communication and essentially scamming people out of money. DO NOT USE!!!
AVOID! My order took ages to come with no communication from the company until I asked for a refund. When I finally received what I ordered it was nothing like the picture. Nothing on the jumper was embroidered it was just iron on transfers and wasn’t even what I asked for!! Not happy at all
I wanted to write a review as I ordered a sweatshirt from Facebook and I started to get worried as the delivery took longer than expected. I then looked at the reviews and saw some negative and thought “oh no” but I have received my sweatshirt today. Great quality, for a great price. The delivery took longer than the 4-6 days but apart from that I’m really pleased. I got an email when it was dispatched with a tracking number. I have already recommended this to my friend but told her to order in advance as delivery is a bit slower. I speak as I find and I have found this site to be very satisfactory.
Ordered from here and received part of my order only. After making multiple polite enquiry attempts I had no reply and began the dispute process with my bank. I commented on their Facebook page to warn others not to shop here and have now been blocked by them. Nice to see they can block me but can’t reply to the multiple direct messages I sent to them. This company is clearly a scam and I would be very wary of the positive reviews. I also ordered the ‘alot going on at the moment’ t shirt and it is absolutely awful quality and sizing which I was also asking to return but can’t as no reply to my enquiries. Other people are also saying they’ve been blocked on Facebook when trying to advise others, so AC Designs Ltd clearly have something to hide and don’t care about customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves.
