Theres so many bad reviews for this company that I thought it right to share my experience - as seeing all these made me worry I’d fallen for a scam!! (I didn’t check here before ordering, only saw them after and got worried!)I ordered Father’s Day items and they arrived within a week - fully trackable by Royal Mail.No issues at all - items arrived as described/ correct sizing etc.
I bought some Taylor Swift themed merch for my daughters and it arrived very quickly. One t shirt though had a mark and an mis stitched seam and after reading reviews on here I was worried but I didn’t need to be. I sent them an email with pictures and they sent a replacement immediately so I can only recommend them based on my experience
AVOID THIS COMPANY. These are massive con artist. I ordered an item for my wedding months ago and nothing. I have tried contacting them several times. No phone number to ring them on. I wish i read these reviews first. Massive scammers and i feel like a fool for using them. Really wanted this item for my wedding too. I am devasted.
Sent numerous emails regarding order as we were sent a jumper in the wrong colour and the writing on it in two different font sizes. They do not respond to emails we want money back or items replacing, currently £35 out of pocket not to mention the postage!
I placed an order and had to wait a few weeks to hear anything. When I chased them they did manage to deliver my mother's day gift in time for mother's day.The printing on the sleeve was very poor quality and it was obviously folded when the print was done, leaving a big part of a word missing. I have emailed them about the issue with no response.I dont think this seller can be trusted!
Scam outfit they took my money for an order back on 27/02/2024 not only did they not send any goods they also wouldn't refund my money and then proceeded to block me on their Facebook page when I posted a warning on it for others.Reported to trading standards.Avoid at all costs.
I ordered a personalised candle as a gift on February 22nd, with 4-6 days delivery estimated. When I hadn’t received it 10 days later, I emailed and was told it was the volume of orders and it would be dispatched soon. Still waiting and emails ignored.
Abysmal. This is without doubt the worst online company I have ever had to deal with.COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, SCAM ARTISTS AND ZERO CUSTOMER RELATIONS. Ordered 2 items on January 17th on a 3-5 day delivery, 1 arrived 16 days later (wrong coloured hoodie) and the other (sign) was apparently delayed due to 'the recent storms'......ha haaaaWas fobbed off with one email response but have heard nothing since....over a month now since ordering and still no products. Taken my money, not delivered a product that I've ordered or had any correspondence to address the issues.Disgraceful, shouldn't be allowed to trade.If you value your money then DO NOT USE THIS SHAMBLES OF AN OUTFIT.
