I regret not reading the reviews before ordering! Ordered a sweatshirt. Had to chase the delivery. When it arrived I was bitterly disappointed. The sweatshirt is paper thin and the workmanship appalling! The seams are badly sewn and gathered to such an extent that they’ve created unintentional pleats. Tried to contact for a return and refund and guess what… they don’t reply to emails!!
Returned item over a month ago to address stated on the refund policy on the shop app, parcel was turned away at address because ac designs does not work/operate from there, now my parcel is in the national return centre waiting to be given away to charity as i did not state a return address, no contact what so ever from ac designs, avoid this company at all cos
Fantastic products at a fantastic price. Communication lacks a little with no response to emails. I understand that they are busy and can't always reply but even an auto reply along the lines we are very busy and can't reply to emails right now but rest assured we are working hard to get all orders out asap. Just gives people peace of mind. I am a genuine customer and honestly my products arrived in good time. One of the products was different colour to what I picked but still great
If i could give 0 stars, i would. Ordered 2 jumpers (on 14/11/24) for an event, checked the shipping and it would work out that They would arrive a few days prior to said event. I gave it a few days and after no update on shipping I sent an email, the seller emailed back and said that due to being busy for christmas things are taking longer. I emailed back and said that’s fine and asked to cancel the order, to which she replied that it was already sent. One month , many unreplied emails and a dispute with my bank later, i have only today (17/12/24) received notification that it was shipped, despite sending many (ignored) emails that I would like to cancel and raising a dispute with my bank for goods not received. Over the past month, communication from the seller has been shocking, with her stopping replying after claiming she had expedited delivery (which she clearly hadn’t), she has provided no information on how to claim for a refund or send the product back once I have received it. Wish I read reviews prior as this seller is clearly a scammer and does this regularly! Luckily I have been refunded by the bank but it appears that other people haven’t been that lucky. avoid at all costs !
I dont even want to give 1* this company is so poor in service. I ordered personalised wedding converse on 6th Nov and have had nothing since. I spent the 1st week asking how to send them the personalisarion details had 1 email from them on 15th nov saying to reply with the details i wanted and they have disappeared since. Order is still showing as places and has not changed. No repsonse to emails or on facebook. Yet they are still offering christmas delivery to those who purchase by 12th december. 36 days iv been waiting and chasing my order and they are no where to be seen. Disgusting behaviour from a 'family run buisness'. Seems to be more a scam than genuine people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
