Review Time
I wish I'd looked at reviews before ordering...Complete waste of time and money. I contacted them several days ago to inform them I needed to receive my order by today. They told me it would arrive by today, but it still hasn't even been dispatched. As a result, this will now arrive AFTER it was needed as an anniversary gift. I have no other options to get something else in time. Livid.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!Ordered a sweatshirt for my sister for her birthday but received a t-shirt.Tried to contact them THREE time via their contact us page on their website and have received no reply, no apology, no offer of rectification, absolutely nothing.Abysmal service. Would never ever ever use again.
I had ordered some items as a surprise gift and needed them by a particular date - 10 days later. Very poor communication from the outset which caused a great deal of stress. I offered to pay extra postage to ensure timely delivery but was told there was no need and yet the items ended up being posted the day before they were needed, 9 days later. Shocking customer service.
Appalling company should not be allowed to trade. My items arrived 3 weeks later than stated, absolutely no communication or response from AC Designs. 1 of the t shirts I needed for an event that had long passed so I attempted to return the item, however no response from the seller for a code to use to return. Stuck with something I won't wear
So in spite of the terrible reviews, I went ahead and gave it a go and ordered because my daughter was desperate for the Taylor Swift Halloween collection tshirts. I paid with PayPal, to cover my back in case there were issues. However, I'm glad to say I had no issues at all. I placed my order, received email confirmation and able to track the order through the Shop app (purple icon, white font). Ordered on Wednesday 25th September and arrived Wednesday 2nd October via Royal Mail tracked. The tshirts were exactly as advertised on their website and as seen on Facebook. I ordered medium tshirts and they're generous in size, which my daughter will be chuffed to bits with.
Same as others - wish I could give them zero stars! And wish I’d read reviews first. Still waiting on a refund (raised with bank, as NO response from this appalling ‘seller’!), this was a personalised order for trainers for my flower girl at my wedding - ordered beginning of September for end of October wedding. Comms immediately after the personalisation request but no response since. Still no shoes 4 months on. Thankfully I gave up in time and ordered elsewhere.So so bad!
Order never arrived. 8 e-mails to the e-mail address listed on the order confirmation and 3 contact us forms on their website all went unanswered. Sent a message to their Facebook page and got a reply asking for more information. Sent the information by Facebook Messenger and surprise, surprise, no reply again and now ignoring messages. Always try and support small, independent businesses where possible but my advise is avoid this one!
I'm surprised this company is allowed to trade.ordered 3 items but wrong items sent but want me to return till I get my original items.over 60pound they have stolen from me and intend to take it further.its a shame I didn't read reviews before ordering as it seems to be a regular occurrence which is illegal and so many unhappy customers can't be wrong! Appalling
