Absolutely DISGRACEFUL behaviour by adidas in Frankston....Clearance items that you can clearly see the Clearance ticket under the new FULL MARK UP PRICE....Didn't realise that a Clearance item goes back up to full price....You've lost me now.....
If I could no stars I would.I placed an order on 9th September 2025 through the Adidas website, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, it was far from that.After receiving no updates for several days, I had to follow up twice just to get basic information on when my order would be dispatched. There was no proactive communication from Adidas regarding any delays or issues.Then, 10 days later, I was informed that the entire order had been cancelled—all because one item was out of stock. There was no option offered to ship the remaining items, no proper apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue or retain the order in any form.This kind of customer service is incredibly disappointing, especially from a globally respected brand like Adidas. A single out-of-stock item should not result in the cancellation of an entire order, especially after such a long wait and multiple follow-ups.Sadly, this experience has damaged my trust in Adidas. I hope the company takes real steps to improve its customer communication and order management processes. Until then, I’ll be reconsidering future purchases.
So unprofessional from adidas. I really thought online shopping with adidas would be so much better cause after all it is adidas. Only for my order not to be delivered in the deadline they said and i had to follow up when they are gonna send it and shortly after they send me tracking link for half of my order, half was cancelled due not having the shoes in stock. You’d think they would let you know that in a day or even two not when you needed to follow up 10 days later. Definitely i would be leaving review for future customers as a heads up to know what they gonna experience if they order online from adidas.No Integrity
I purchased approximately $300 worth of products online during a sale. The website clearly indicated that delivery would occur within one week. After holding my payment for two weeks, the company has canceled my entire order, stating that the items are out of stock. This conduct is unacceptable and constitutes a failure to provide the goods as promised within the advertised timeframe.
I bought a shoe from Adidas Australia on eBay.Four days passed and it was still not delivered to the cargo, so I requested the cancellation of the order.Two days after I made my request, they shipped it and the product came to me.There is a total of one week between the date I ordered and the delivery date, that is seven days.At the end of seven days, they send me a mocking message that we could not make your cancellation.However, I did not cancel the cargo on the day you will give the cargo, I requested cancellation two days ago, and although I sent a message from private, no return was made in any way.It seems that Adidas is not the old Adidas we know.Both the product quality and the quality of the staff are at the bottom.Adidas again?Never again.
