I bought "Tiro Bukse" from Adidas (order number ANO90130689), after two days of use the pants tore. Or support from Adidas suggests that I pay most of the bill for the repair of these pants myself. They can't replace the pants because they don't have the same pants in my size. That is, they want to pay part of the repair of the pants themselves. Adidas produced pants of shitty quality and the solution to the problem is that I have to pay part of the repair of these pants. Do not buy anything from Adidas, they are scammers, counterfeiters and imitators of quality products. The goods that Adidas produces are of poor quality. Customer support is a gathering of low-professional people who imitate helping customers in order to justify their salaries.
I returned some shoes and they said they processed the refund to Afterpay, but Afterpay say they haven't received the payment which was over a month ago. I asked Adidas for confirmation of the refund but get told to wait 24-48 hours and nothing.... Sick of their email support team, i called and asked for the complaint / escalation process. They told me to email customer service (on the same email address I was already using) and the dedicated compalint team will pick up my case. Guess what happened when I sent the complaint email? The person I had already been speaking to for the last month via normal customer service replied to my email. It's a joke that they dont have a complaints process in place.
Terrible customer service buyer bewareDid not provide a refund for returned products then just sent a letter and said it's your problem, follow up with your bank. They then repeated this message over and over, (interestingly would not terminate the call themselves kept asking me to do so) Will not shop with them again.
Ordered a pair of shoes and a hoodie 5 days ago. Delivery times stated at purchase were 2-3 business days to pack and 2-3 business days to arrive. As of today it still hasn’t been picked and packed and the excuse I have received, like everyone else, is we are busy. So is every other retailer at the moment but ordered product from all the others is arriving within a week each time. Reading the reviews this is fairly common so perhaps they just don’t care.
On their website delivery time is 6 to 10 day.I ordered online 9 days ago , and still no news about tracking number etc.I called them 2 days ago, and they said, will send it in next 2 days.Still nothing. They deserve zero star.
Absolutely Disgusting Bought a product was offered to be post it in 2,3 days. Here we are 2 weeks later they haven't eve process my order. Contact Customers Services and nothing they can do as they are not base in Australia. In my Adidas account have no option for refunds as I don't need the product any more.Adidas Australia SHAME ON YOU Absolutely Terrible experience this Tume never again.
