Very dodgy business!

Very dodgy business!Don't expect to get a refund for any gift card or voucher transaction done online. If you got it wrong (and they don't care if you do), you are stuffed because you wont get your money back nor allow you to exchange it. If you dare to return, then you lost both your money and the incorrect merchandise you bought. That's what happened to me. This is such a dodgy practice. Don't ever expect me to come back. If you value your money, then keep away.

Suspicious business practice should be reported to the ACCC

I've bought from Adidas online before, but something foul has befallen this company. I wish I'd read the reviews - They're either 'wrong items being sent,' 'one shoe of a pair missing,' or your order disappears into the ether as follows: Order made Money debited immediately1-3 weeks pass without a dispatch/shipping update, Repeated calls to offshore help centre (who have no idea what's happening at the warehouse in Victoria) They tell you same thing - to give it another 24-48 hrs, After which nothing changes, you call again, nothing changesCall a fourth time in two weeks to be told your order is cancelled and it will take 3-5 business days to refund your transaction amount. Something is rather off. This is extraordinarily bad business practiceWhy are they selling items online for stock they don't actually have? They are holding money from our sales orders for about three weeks or more (depending on how soon you ring and resolve) - considering how many customers are having the same issue - this presents a hefty amount of liquid wealth passing through their accounts. Investing in short term bonds and overnight markets until customers call and complain? This is remarkably dubious and instead of everyone only writing reviews on trust pilot, google and product review, please use your time to report adidas.com.au to the ACCC. It's shady. They are restricting output of what they say they have online and I find it hard to believe between their Victorian warehouse, their call centre and their online inventory - none of them seem to know accurate stock levels or what's going on with lagging orders which inevitably get cancelled. They even had the gall to blame Auspost for not collecting the orders from the warehouse - to which I asserted 'impossible' as everything else I order which comes via Auspost, does so very efficiently. And furthermore is a blatant lie - because the order is never picked, packed, or drawn up a shipping slip. I called the Victoria warehouse and left a message to try and get through to someone who may be able to access the warehouse in Australia - still haven't received a call back.Please report consumer issues to the ACCC for generally appalling customer service, UI, business practice and possible cartel conduct for a multi-national company Disgusting.

spent $900. all but 3 items were faulty. I MEAN ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOR THE PRICE AND QUALITY. The quality of their material has now dropped to the standard of a cheap $10 garment from big w. how do I know? regardless of placing clothes in dryer just can't get the balls of fluff that build up. Even after 2 washes they look haggard. the main reason I continued to buy adidas because no matter how many times your wore the clothes one spin in dryer they came out looking new. now they fade. and all the above. I still have 2 return 3 more items cos of faulty sewing. I'm over it. lucky is a sports store that sell other brands. SINCE COVID YOUR QUALITY OF CLOTHING HAVE DRAMATICALLY DROPPED TO LOW STANDARDS. WHY HAVEN'T YOUR PRICES DROPPED. THOSE 3 STRIPES REPRESENT RIP OFF TO ME

This online store is the worse one can possibly get .. I purchased an item and it’s been sitting in their warehouse for over a week.. rang up the customer service and the are the biggest smartarses over the phone.. shame they can’t be like that in person in front of me .. don’t buy from this online store

By far the WORST customer service

By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased shoes last week and they were delivered Monday and were completely the wrong order. Wrong shoe, wrong size. They were needed for a present this weekend and I ordered well in time. I contact adidas and they are making me return the shoes, wait for a refund and THEN they want me to repurchase the SALE item and wait AGAIN for the shoes. 1. it was a warehouse error NOT MY ERROR so why do I need to go through the refund process when I didn't make the mistake. 2. They will NOT rectify the error, contact me back, reply to messages, reply to emails, answer phone calls. They are completely ignoring the problem. 3. I paid with a voucher and I do not want to repurchase the item while I wait for the refund to be processed and then be refunded with another voucher, the whole purpose was to USE THE VOUCHER. I will never ever buy online again this is absurd customer service for a billion dollar company.

Lost package. Australia Post say my parcel is officially lost. They say to contact Adidas. Cannot get on to Adidas customer service at all. There is no way of finding out what I can do next. Appalling for such a massive company.

I would have given no stars if it was…

I would have given no stars if it was possible. I ordered on the 18th of June after 10 days of no status change on the order. I tried to contact for an update the phone wait time is ridiculous and the messenger feature constantly says "looks like all our people are busy, try again later" So I went on FB messenger again the response time was pathetic and I was fobbed off with we are busy but don't worry we are doing our best. I waited 2 more days and there had still been no status change so I contacted them again. This time I was told there was an error with the shipping information, so I clarified the address. However on the original purchase receipt my address is displayed correctly. On the 3rd July I was told the resilient had been processed. However I still have no tracking link or email to back this us. It is now the 7th of July and the package has not arrived. I want my money back! This is not acceptable!! The service or should I say the lack of service is appalling.

AdidasAbsolutely disappointed with my whole experience. I bought two shoes from adidas on promotion. At the time I was buying I checked the size from another adidas shoes I have home. Bought the same size on both shoes. NO E-MAIL CONFIRMING MY PURCHASE. Kept having to check on the app and website, wouldn’t find out where was my order. Bought stuff from other online shops at the same time, everything arrived before. When I finally got my order, both shoes were extremely tight. Extremely frustrating, how come shoes from the same brand could have completely different fits although they are the same size?! How can you even buy anything online from Adidas if you don’t know the real size you will get?! Well, I had to check how I could exchange. They don’t exchange items and you can’t take your products to an Adidas store like you do in many other shops… until then… fine ok… I’ll return and buy new ones! Except both products were a lot more expensive now!!! SAME COLOUR, same everything… tried to talk to customer service but they were closed… “All good, I’ll chat to them tomorrow”… hours trying to connect the chat, it kept showing they were busy and I should try another time… on the following day I decided to call… 30 minutes wait… I explained the whole situation and how all I wanted was to buy the same products for the same price I paid before… anywhere else you can exchange for a different size… not in adidas… the person I was talking to told me he could only give me 20% discount which it wouldn’t make up to the same price I paid. I begged a little bit more! It’s unfair I can’t exchange really. He said he would have to ask permission and get back to me on Monday… On Monday he just e-mailed me a 20% discount code and didn’t even bother explaining why I was not granted the 30% we talked about… BUT THE BEST IS STILL TO COME!!! I COULDNT EVEN USE THE DISCOUNT CODE ON THE PRODUCTS I NEEDED, MEANING THE ONES I TALKED ABOUT DURING THE WHOLE CALL… what a joke… Your online system has to improve a lot! Buying online should handy and easy… not with adidas…
