Review Time
Waiting on a refund since 25th May. Tried to be patient (what with the coronavirus delays), however I have sent multiple emails with no responses, cannot call anybody or even contact someone in messenger chat. I sent my package back instantly, and they received it without issues but I just want my money back. :(
ZERO out of 5 star rating. Do not use their online services. What you read in this forum is true. Their customer service has every perfect excuse to pass the blame like Auspost or coronavirus or holiday period, etc... I've waited for 21 days for a pair of shoes. Still no sign of it. I've raised the issue with my bank for a charge back. Ring consumer affairs if you have to. Exercise your rights. It doesn't make sense to wait over a month for a "Express Post" parcel to arrive from within Australia.
Worst customer service ever. I bought some items from them 2+ weeks ago and they haven't even been shipped. Tried to contact them by phone with no success. In their chat they're useless. Sent an email, no response. Do yourself a favour and do not order online. They are clearly not dispatching orders and they're just taking your money (look at others' reviews)
I BOUGHT PAIR OF SHOES FROM THEM .AND I GOT THE SMALLER SIZE I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM AS PER THIER STUPID POLICY YOU CANT EXCHANGE THE SHOES FOR DIFFERENT SIZE YOU CAN REFUND ONLY .SO AS I DID SEND THEM THE SHOES BACK . AND HAVENT SEEN MY REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT FOR WEEK AND I CONTACT THEM AGIAN OVER A LIVE CHAT AND THEY TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO REACH WAREHOUSE AND THEN I WILL TAKE MORE 2 WEEKS TO ACCESS IT AND THEN IT WILL TAKE MORE 3 BUSINESS DAY TO COME TO MY ACCOUNT WHAT A SHAME I WASNT EXPECT THAT FROM I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGIAN ... HORRIABLE SERVICE
What a joke adidas! Do yourself a favour and don’t bother ordering online as they are useless! First time purchasing from adidas online and never again. Sent 3 emails which weren’t answered and rang the 1800 number to get a voice message to call a 1300 number which didn’t even work. Spoke with chat online whom wanted to tell me the Coronavirus is the reason they don’t have a contactable phone number at the moment. The last time I checked you can’t catch the virus over a phone call! What a joke and they expect you to believe their lies due to obvious incompetence. I ordered a tracksuit for sons birthday a week ago yet still waiting to be posted! This company is a joke! Don’t bother with them. Quick to take your money but offer NO customer service and just excuses. Wake up adidas, this is not good business. Will NEVER order from you again.
Order over the internet on the 2 Feb 2020, waiting for 16 days before they can despatch, try to track the item on the 27 Feb 2020 and I can see it sent to the wrong address twice and it shows on the Australian Post that the item now is been delivered in VIC and I live in NSW.I tried so many before I can speak to one of the customer services over the phone. They need to wait until they get the parcel back to the warehouse before they can issue me the refund, which isn't really fair to me, what if they will never get the parcel back from the wrong address they have sent? Really bad shopping experience, I will never ever go back again!!!!
