Purchased 4 soccer balls for my daughter. In under 1 year of moderate use, 1 ball no longer holds air and goes flat within 24 hours.I decided to contact Adidas...via facebook messenger, gave all requested details and photos - they said we'll send an email. The email then asked for a repeat of all the exact same info, plus more... I politely complied with their tedious request.They replied 'we could not find a manufacturing fault' and rejected the claim... I explained the ball is in perfect condition except for the fact that is doesn't hold air, and asked for the case to be re-considered and escalated.They came back with "After a second review of your claim. We could not find a manufacturing defect. Please know that this 2nd review is final." ... so I sarcastically asked if it's not a manufacturing defect, what is it? a feature?I was stunned a company of this standing would burn a customer over such a trivial issue, and obvious product fault.I have taken one for the team and now written this off... I write this review in the hope that others can learn from my mistake.Thank you.
At time of order it says 1-2 business days for dispatch very clearly on their shipping page. I have waited over 2 weeks and no representative is able to tell me when the order is being shipped. They blame they have a high volume of orders and are waiting for the courier to pick up. Yet they can not escalate or do anything about it, such as simply putting it on the same days pick up? Extremely misleading to not have any mention of such delays on the website and to not give any kind of reassurance as to when the order will be dispatched. Very poor and unprofessional for a global brand
Would give a zero if I could. Am a member and have spent hard earned money with them. Had two seperate agents assure me that my order had been sent only to have it cancelled a week later saying there was no stock. I’m a trainer collector so I know for a fact the ones I had ordered have been snapped up by someone within the company instead of us poor customers who keep you in employment. I could’ve got the same pair from various other sites but chose not to and now these hard to find are going for silly money. Thanks adidas…..

This company was once known for its excellent quality and customer service, but now, with customer service outsourced to India or Pakistan, the support seems ineffective. There's a perception that these customer service representatives lack concern for whether customers receive their items or not. The quality has also suffered, despite Adidas cutting costs and still raking in significant profits.
Out of 10 I would give them 1 for online order processing, shipping and customer service when you try to follow up with order was meant to be deliver in 6-7 days but ends up two weeks. I called to follow up Adidas said wait for another week. I explained them I am going overseas and needed shoes for that. And guy says follow up with Australian post. How can I follow up when its s in transit and it is not coming up with Australian post. Useless.
Very slow customer service. Late delivery. Place orfer on Monday, order still not been packed and today already Friday same week. Website not allowed you to check your order update, they keep asking password and e-mail many time endup went to the same page. Terrible system.
