Aldi -Aylesbury

Aldi -Aylesbury, Cambridge street 24/9/2025I bought a sports bra yesterday, paid by card which was on my phone. Today I took back the bra to the shop and asked for a refund. As I paid by card the refund was coming back onto my card. I tried to tap the machine twice with my phone but the physical card was needed. When I told that to the cashier my card was not on me he suddenly started to acting very stroppy. I got the Money and I started to walk out when I turned back and asked why did he behave like this?!He raised his voice and mumbled whatever he said. Only people with manners and good customer service skills should work on the till in my opinion.

Staff nicked my belongings

This morning , I lost my vape device, which is very expensive. I later went into a nearby vape shop and saw a lady, dressed in Aldi uniform (short blond hair, appears to be in her 50s or 60s), holding my vape. She was asking about how to use it and purchase liquid for it.When I politely asked where she had found my vape, she insisted it was hers. This is extremely concerning, as I recognize it as my property. Staff should hand in lost items to the appropriate place, not claim them as their own. This experience has left me very disappointed and concerned about the conduct of Aldi employees. I would like Aldi to investigate this matter urgently! She was at the vape shop just after 11am . Your cameras will see she left with my vape! Absolute disgrace Kilburn branch

ALDI Deal.

ALDI Deal.Having parked up and down the country in Aldi patrons only car park, I don't read past the "Patrons Only" part.Visiting family and friends in Deal from Gloucestershire, popped into Aldi for some wine, snacks, etc.Surprised to receive today a parking fine for £40 (rising to £70). Other consumer friendly supermarkets are available - and will be prefeed in future.Paul. Gloucestershire.

Bought the cover for the back seat of…

Bought the cover for the back seat of our car cost £19.99. The cover has a big split for the seat belts to connect, but to just put a big split along the cover so that it can be used in any car is very poor.We were hoping to use it for when we take our dogs out in the car. There is no way you are going to keep the seats clean with this big split in it.I would take it back, but we have opened it so cannot take it back.Really annoyed that we have paid £19.99 for something of real poor quality. Please dont buy this you will be dissappointed if you do especially if you bought it for dogs to sit on like we did.

I recently purchased Aldi Greek style salad cheese geez Aldi’s Greek cheese is so salty I think it’s trying to season me. I was scared for my life after the first bite. I advise caution if you are considering this purchase

Totally Incompetent Complaints Dept

A simple thing, I always buy their Creamed Rice Pudding. Last time I did, this glutinous yellow solid mass fell out of the tin. It was horrendous to look at, I daren't eat it. I tried to fill in a Complaint letter online, but their system wouldn't accept their own Batch Code. So I told Aldi Llangefni staff. They weren't interested. So I phoned Aldi Complaints Line. I was put through to a lady who COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. I gave up. Absolute SHAMBLES of a complaints department, which is exactly what their own staff said about it.

Staff are rude

I go to the Huddersfield branch at ring road weekly, i find the staff members quite rude, i always hear them talking about customers on their headsets. If they arent slating customers they are having a chin wag about their personal lives so the whole shop can hear them. Not sure if thats what these headsets are designed for but from a customer point of view its wrong on so many levels.

Child's plastic toy very poor quality …

We purchased a child's plastic toy plane launcher for our granddaughters. The first time we used these toys they both broke! Very disappointed and will definitely not be purchasing any toys from Aldi again!

Poor Management at Aldi Bridgnorth & False Pricing

Yet again, Aldi in Bridgnorth falsely displayed a wrong and lower price than that charged at the till. You really do need to have your wits about you there which people are frequently reporting on local social media! The cashier went and checked and came back red-faced, but the manager sitting at another till refused to honour the prices displayed. Their answer was to remove the ticket price for the meat item, which probably explains why this particular store has no prices on a very frequent basis. The 'manager' claimed they did not have to honour the prices shown. When I said that he had a bad attitude, as he was very rude to me, he claimed it was I had that had a bad attitude for raising it, even though I had been nothing but polite. Photographs taken as evidence.
