RtC happened Fri 23rd

RtC happened Fri 23rd. Breakdown assit refused to tow car. Gardai had to arrange towing.Reported incident 9am Mon as they don't work weekends! Was told I had to arrange to move crashed un drivable car to a free area because its expensive!!! No courtesy car provided. Couldn't understand Devika Nair because se spoke Indian! I speak English! Was 2.5 hours on hold twice this week. Someone hung up on me 3 times. 7 emails sent. Zero communication since Monday. A shocking insurance company. I have contacted the Ombudsman.
