Lousy and horrible , we booked a bus from Seville to Granada on 25th Dec 1900, an email reminder was sent on 24th Dec on the schedule. We waited since 1830 at the designated few platforms and there was no show of Alsa bus until 2000. Get help from hotel staff to call Alsa customer service ( coz no English speaking personnel available in Alsa), 1st call Alsa informed that bus has been cancelled. 2nd call, changed story saying the bus was rescheduled to earlier time . All without any notification to customer. 3rd call on 26th Dec morning, bus departed on time ( there was no alsa bus departed during our whole 1.5 hours there)Different stories, no professionalism , not helpful to resolve customer problem , wasted few hundreds Euro on Granada accommodation, Seville extra accommodation, even can’t make it to Nasrid palace ( booking time on 26th 1000 and no new tickets till 2023)Please do not use Alsa, pay more for a train to safeguard your money and journey
Horrible company. I bought tickets for my wife and our 3 years old daughter and specifically asked that we needed toilet on board so our daughter can go.The bus had the toilet out of service and the driver asked to put a complaint to see if "anyone do anything about it" because it had been broken for so long.Don't rely on this company's word. And forget about Wi-Fi too.
We bought Credibus travel cards, for Alsa buses in Granada, from a ticket machine at one of the bus stops on Avenida de la Constitucion. After we paid, we had to wait about 3 minutes for the machine to wake up and say that it was "processing". We had almost given up. So if you buy a Credibus travel card from a ticket machine, just be patient.
Honestly they don’t deserve one star also. We booked our seats for Valencia from Barcelona and we were not allowed to sit on our seats which we paid for. The drivers are rude and they don’t attempt to speak in English. We told them that as people keep buying tickets they make us change seats and this is not acceptable. Stupid company and stupid people.
Very easy service from Alicante airport to Benidorm. Has its own bus stop at the airport for Benidorm and always stop at Benidorm Avd.Europa as that puts you near the centre and cuts out a 20 min walk. Early arrival both times to and from the airport and only cost roughly €15 each. It only had one stop which is Benidorm bus station and stop 2 is Benidorm Avd.Europa so it’s almost like a very cheap private transfer.
The bathroom was disgusting and there was no toilet paper plus they charge €1 to use it. The bus drivers were rude and unhelpful. They took a 30min break only 20min away from my stop causing me to miss my train. I told them at the start of the stop that the ticket said I was supposed to get there at 12:55 and they shrugged and walked away
Appears that pickup at FAO for two people didn't happen, though we were waiting there at the proper location with other distance bus travellers. We were at the stop 45 minutes early and waited an extra hour. Had to take Uber to the Faro main (and only) bus terminal to buy more tickets for a later departure. Signage is non existent and the terminal has no status board. All alsa buyers beware. I'm still out $50 and 4 hours. They wouldn't give credit for the earlier bus not arriving.
The travel was ok but only after 4 months I realised they scammed me. I must have ticked the box for a discount which appears to be a 15eur monthly subscription. I lost 60 eur to them already because of this. I finally managed to unsubscribe hope it will actually work.
Hardly any leg room, makes it very difficult for tall people. On top of that, who turns on the heater on full blast when it's hot already in summer?! I was boiling sitting inside the bus for 7 hours. On top of that, no curtains on the window for an overnight journey. Worst bus experience ever!!!
