Review Time
I had a super-flexi ticket from Malaga airport to Granada but could not change it. Had to go to the bus station in the city center, where they told me that the next two buses were fully booked. Then opted to take the train, but my girlfriend could not cancel her super-flexi ticket just bought online, became it was less than 2 hours in advance!
I have bought a ticket from Valencia to Barcelona for 15th of September and blocked an additional seat paying more money to make the travel more comfortable. On the day of travel there was someone else on my seat who bought ticket for that seat. So basically they took money from me for that additional seat, at the same time sold it to someone else. I tried to explain the situation to the driver he just didn't care and actually didn't want to listen. I don't recommend to use these buses to anybody, such a terrible service. They are not asheamed to lie to people and play game.
If I could give a cero I would.Seats full of bed bugs/fleas. They got in our hand bags and all my body is full of bites. We had to wash all our clothes in hot water! The most disgusting travel experience ever. My partner and anothe4 lady had to travem sitting on the stairs !
We took the nightbus from Barcelona to Bilbao in 2022. We bought tickets with sportsequipment, because we had Mountainbikes with us. We had to absolutely disassemble our bikes before we were allowed to put them in the bus. The bus was a normal bus. No sleepingchairs, no curtains. The driver was listening all night long to loud music. So did we 🙄. At least drivers changed when they were half night through. And no tags on the suitcases: so everybody could just get off the bus during the ride and take along your luggage. So if you guys are used to asian or southamerican bus travelling: forget it !
Horrible experience. On the ticket shows the bay lane were the bus departs are 7,8,9. after waiting there for more than 1h and call the office I was informed the bus was gone as was parked on the lane 13. When I complained they offered me a trip from la estacio del nort in Barcelona, to get there was €40 by taxi, plus the €50 already pay for the bus. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, ITS A JOKE!
Flawless experience from Santander to Bilbao. Would advise taking the bad reviews with a pinch of salt on here as we did and it turned out fine. Great comfy seats, air con, plenty of luggage space, free TV and WiFi, couldn’t want any more.
Alsa bus from Lagos, Algarve to Seville.A couple of things were disappointing. Grumpy driver with the customer service and communication skills of the Tasmanian Devil.Having to pay €1 to use the toilet. Has to be cash. There is nothing to advise this ahead of the journey.WiFi of the kind you can connect to, but has late ‘90s style speeds. It’s too slow to use so ended up switching it off.Strange unscheduled stop to let the driver have his lunch. We were about 25 mins from Seville at that point so why didn’t we just carry on so he could have his lunch there and we could arrive on time?Bus was kind of grubby too.All in all, not amazing. But gets you to Seville kind of in time.
The most uncomfortable journey of my life.. the aircon is set on max so I'm freezing cold, the couple next to me are dressed like Eskimos. To make matters worse, some selfish fcukwit in front of me set her chair on max recline meaning I've spent the last 3 hours with her scalp under my chin. I can't get up she is that close. Oh well only another 4hrs to go. Never again.
