Awful trip and company. The website didn’t work well, and we couldn’t take the bus we booked because they wrote down the wrong names. No Wi-Fi, no toilet on the bus, no phone charger, and the driver put music and movies with really loud volume during a night trip, obviously nobody asked him for it. Workers are really rude, both in the bus station and in the desk. Avoid this company
Never on time ..people missed flights. Their time table is guessed . I left Valencia at 1600 and they said we would arrive at 1945 . No traffic and no reasons to be late and we got there 1 hour late . Bus driver was questioned and he just couldn’t care a dam. Just walked away . They stop at t1 so most flights go from t2 so you have to get a 15 min transfer to add to the stress . Never again . Do not use if you want to be on time or add an hour onto your bus journey .
The bus arrived but was full, lots of customers including ourselves was very unhappy. We had no option but to pay for a taxi. On the return Journey we eventually found Nerja bus station, the ticket office was closed the man who should have been working was smoking a cigarette, he only opened the ticket office when the bus arrived!!!! 30 people ran to the ticket office to buy a ticket as the bus driver said he would not take us on the bus pass unless we had a ticket as he never took cash. The driver then proceeded to drive away leaving over 30 people at the ticket office so we had no option other than to get a taxi back to Torrox Costa. Terrible bus system that needs vast improvement!!!
We also were told to go to ticket office as no cash taken on bus. We had 2 minutes to run up to ticket machine in 36 degree heat. It was the last bus. The ticket machines were all busy. We then ran back to bus praying the driver would take cash. Awful end to the day. Rude and arrogant driver. Beware… don’t leave it late getting to the bus station:-(
I purchased a ticket from Clermont Ferrand (France) to Geneva (Switzerland) with scheduled departure time 11.45am. I got to the station at 11.40am and waited until 12.30 to no avail. None of the phone numbers or contacts worked. the bus tracking system did not work. no representative at the station.I had to buy another ticket with another company and leave as I did not want to get stranded.
We travelled 2 times/week. During this 2 times we used the same bus with the same driver. For the first time the driver didnt help to pack the bag into the baggage place. Okay, maybe it is not his task/problem but I never met a company or a driver since i am travelling who doesnt help if I am asking. (I was not the only one who would need help)The second way was worse…The driver was laughing while we packed the bags and after he put the bags to the other place, when we arrived at the destination he didnt opened the door to put the bag out even if we are asking. He was rude, unhelpful, arrogant, unkind etc. I can use all negative marks for him. I am reporting him and the people who hired an useless man who cannot talk with the people kindly. Just an advice, if someone doesn’t know how can handle the customers he needs to be work in a warehouse where he is alone. I will report him in every platforms which is unfortunately a bad reputation for the company as well. I hope it worth to hire these kind of people.
