Review Time
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. My bus from one city to another was over two hours late, and there was no clear communication from the company. When it finally arrived, the bus was dirty and uncomfortable. The drivers were unhelpful, and my luggage was mishandled. The advertised Wi-Fi and charging plugs were nonexistent, which I consider misleading. Overall, it was one of my worst travel experiences, and I would not recommend this company.
The bus from one city to another was 45 minutes late. There was no toilet paper or water available to wash hands. The driver from a different route was unhelpful and rude, and finding assistance was nearly impossible. The bus stop is in a dark and isolated area, and the 24-hour support number was unresponsive. I could write a lengthy account of how poor their service is!
The bus never came, my partner was waiting 1 hour at Limoges bus station, but the bus never came. So he had to buy a new ticket at a different bus company, just to make sure he got to CDG in time for his flight. No information from the bus compay. Stay away from this company.
A very unpleasant experience! We booked five tickets for the bus to the airport a couple of days prior, so everything would go smoothly on the day of our departure. Once we were on the bus (only a couple of hours before our flight departure), everything was perfect until we stopped at the next stop to pick up the rest of the passengers for the fully booked bus. The bus was full but a lady was missing a seat, so there seemed to be a problem. The bus driver and a man who was working for the bus company started checking everyone’s tickets, but all the tickets seemed to be right, except when they double checked ours. The driver and the man then said there was a problem with my mom’s ticket, it was apparently cancelled only three hours before the bus came. They then ended up telling my mom to leave the bus and us (her children), and because of the rush she forgot to give us our passports. This was an extremely uncomfortable and stressful situation for all of my family. The driver and the man from the company were completely impolite towards our mom and the situation the company created, but thankfully my mom insisted on getting a ticket for the next bus so we were able to make our flight. Overall the experience was incredibly unpleasant, ruining the last day of our wonderful vacation. This was an incredible f-up from this company and we will not be booking with them again.
trois heure retarde a Narbonne. We waited for 45 minutes with no information. The company's website provided no information regarding a delay. Three hours later I received an email informing that the bus would be three hours late. Very very unsatisfied with this company. I am not even going to demand a refund because I doubt they could handle it. Very negative and advise against using ALSA.
Worst coach service, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, we booked return tickets from Barcelona to Madrid and anyone would expect the drop and pick terminals / station to be same but ALSA provided different terminals / station when we arrived at Madrid and our departure was from another station as a result we missed our coach by 10 mins and they refused to provide refund and we had to buy tickets 4times expensive our earlier booked tickets.
Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of the driver on bus 3471 from Santiago de Compostela to Porto on July 21, 2025 (13:30–16:30).About 15 minutes after the trip started, I needed to use the bathroom and found out there was a 50-cent fee. My partner and I only had one coin, so we shared it. The driver immediately got angry and told us we shouldn’t need to go so soon, saying we should have used the station bathroom instead. His tone was rude and dismissive.Then, during the first stop about an hour later, the driver came over yelling at us loudly about the one coin we used. He was super aggressive, shouted at me to watch out, and kept insulting me even after I tried to explain. His behavior was completely uncalled for and made both of us feel uncomfortable and intimidated.On top of that, he was driving fast and honking constantly, which made the whole trip feel unsafe. He was also rude to other passengers throughout the journey. When I told him I would write a complaint, he refused to give his name.This is the first time I’ve ever written a complaint, but his behavior was completely unacceptable. This is the worst experience I've ever had on a bus trip.
From Federico García Lorca Granada Airport to Granada Central on July 9th 13:00 was the bus trip everyone wants. As newcomers and speaking little Spanish we found the driver was beyond helpful.He was courteous to all the passengers and made sure that everyone got the best of service.We hope ALSA management see this review and commend him as a great ambassador for their company.
