We booked a bus from Sevilla to Granada for three people (two adults and a child) with seats 42, 43, and 44. We had a strange experience when the bus took an unexpected route while traveling from one city to another. This detour added an hour to our journey, and it wasn't mentioned anywhere in advance. Additionally, it was difficult to figure out where to catch the buses and which one to board. The drivers seemed uncertain about which buses they were operating.

I had to ask multiple staff members before I finally got help. Fortunately, I arrived early. Most staff members seemed indifferent to assisting passengers. I booked a ticket expecting Wi-Fi and a toilet, but neither was available. When I inquired with the driver, communication was challenging, and he shrugged off my concerns. I was left confused about the lack of facilities and the overall treatment I received.
I had a frustrating experience with this transportation service. The bus was delayed for 45 minutes, and there was no information provided. There was no English support, and the tickets didn’t contain any helpful details about terminals or navigation. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
I encountered a serious issue during my trip with bed bugs. I was bitten multiple times within a few hours. I'm writing this review while still on the bus, having already killed several bugs. My companion has also been bitten on her arms.
We were traveling from one city to another, and our scheduled bus did not appear on the information board, causing concern. After waiting over 40 minutes with no sign of the bus, we contacted the company. They informed us that the bus had broken down but would arrive shortly. After a total wait of 1.5 hours, we were told to wait another 30 minutes, but it never arrived. They initially claimed they couldn’t track the bus, then later stated we had just missed it. We ended up waiting seven hours for the next bus, and the company refused to provide new tickets despite the situation being their fault.
I couldn't even file a complaint through the website. I had a terrible experience with my bus from one city to another. The bus was not the one I booked, and we nearly missed it due to lack of information. The facilities on the bus were not functioning properly, and upon arrival, one of our bags was stolen. I submitted a claim online, but I have yet to receive a response. This was not the service I expected for the price paid, and I ended up losing valuable belongings.
