I have worked with Amber Arch for several years now. They are my go to mystery shopping company for many reasons. There is always someone on the other end of the phone. The girls in the office are quick to answer, friendly and always try their best to help. Emails are responded to quickly when I have a query and payments always come when they are expected to.I have carried out a variety of visits from small tasks, to some of the more complex jobs. The briefs are always clear and every detail is thought of. If I am ever unsure of anything I just ask and always get a prompt, friendly response.I hope to work with them for many years to come!!
I have worked for this company for a long time ie. over 15 years. I find them to be very helpful and friendly. If you have a problem (genuine) they are very understanding and try their best to sort for you. The payment is on time and they do respond quickly to emails. Looking forward to working with them again this year.
I have been working for Amber Arch for a few years and mystery shopping for decades. As long as you read the brief, the work is consistent and some jobs very straightforward and very lucrative. Some jobs require a long report for the money but you get to preview the questionnaire so can decide for yourself. A good way to earn extra pocket money. Regarding charity fundraising jobs I have experienced the breadth of outcomes including carrying out a scheduled job, turning up to a location and no fundraisers being there, and thirdly being phoned in the morning to state that the fundraisers had cancelled the location. In all cases, Amber Arch communicated clearly, paid on time and were easy to get hold of both via email or on the phone.
I've been working with amberarch for a few months now and have had no issues. I've found the staff to be polite, engaging and always respond to queries.One particular assignment the survey is a little tedious however, if this isn't for you then chose a different assignment.Looking forward to continuing working with them.
