I have worked with Amber Arch for many years. They are a super team to work with. Always contactable on the phone and supportive. I have enjoyed a variety of assignments from them and have never felt pressured to take on any work if I wasn't able to help at the time. Pay is competitive and much better than some other companies and they will support with mileage if able to do so. More than happy to give 5 stars!
I'm fairly new to mystery shopping, and Amber Arch was one of the companies recommended to me. It's been great to work for them these past few months. They were quick to give me constructive feedback on my early assignments, and I really enjoy the variety of work offered.They've been very quick to respond to questions as they've cropped up along the way, and they're also open to feedback too. I've read through some of the comments left on their Trustpilot page and I would agree with their responses to poor reviews in that all the instructions and asks are clearly laid out in the briefs provided. The team don't mind fielding phone calls if you're unsure of anything. I'm looking forward to enjoying lots more work with Amber Arch in 2025.Thanks go to Pamela, Steph and Danielle.

I have been working for Amber Arch for over 20 years. I enjoy their variety of work enormously and since moving to a very rural part of the country they are always happy to help with additional travel costs if need be. I find the briefs detailed and easy to follow. It is two way street being a VMS if you follow the guidelines, produce satisfactory work you get paid and if you don’t, you don’t get paid! I tend to do more VMS than report based as I enjoy it more but Amber Arch have a good selection of both. I tend to deal with Pamela and Stephanie who I think are great and available if you need to contact them in or out of office hours.
