Once again, ordered from Amazon, tracking shows international shipment basically actioned overnight. Arrives in Dublin and then the delays kick in. Less than 24 hours for parcel to ship from Trafford Park to Dublin but advised it will take 3 days to get from Dublin to Donegal!!!!! Please use any other provider Amazon as An Post do not abide by your lead times.
The postman delivers items to our business estate at 7am in the morning. I know times are tough, but it seems that AnPost thinks business owners in Dublin work 24 hours round the clock. As a result of this systematic delivery failure, our business has to waste time picking supplies from collection office. As a business owner, these type of experiences make me avoid AnPost as much as possible.
I would hope all international retailers completely stop using anpost. Such a headach and waste of time and money. terrible customer experience. awful support staff. Support staff even tell me to ignore notes written in bold about terms explicitly written on their website. Jen you shouldn't be doing that. Either that or the site needs to be updated.
Terrible service. Terrible company. They dont care about delivering post only Amazon parcels I've been told. If you want something delivered properly send it by registered post and hope for the best. If you go to the depots, no management will deal with you. Disgraceful company with no proper management.
I rang yet customer care number 5 times today and ye do not have any one to speak to with regards complaints nor quiries,the voice message says to email which I did and got no response and WhatsApp,is still not open so do not lie here as I have the evidence..Do not trust an post,j was expecting a delivery today and got an email saying that i received the delivery,I checked and there was a signature that was not mine,after me trying to chase up where my parcel was,I found out that the staff member signed her signature for my parcel and then left it thrown at the side of the house,she didn't knock she left my parcel in an unsafe place and I'm pretty sure its illegal for an an post staff member to sign there name for someone else's parcel which ended up in me making several calls to find out what happened,they have not given me a complaint number nor acknowledged my email and the phone number does not give the option to speak with someone regarding a complaint nor do an post reply on WhatsApp, be extremely cautious when it comes to packaging going missing and always keep evidence of a signature that is not yours because this is a whole new level of negligence on an posts part
Every time I order something online, I hope it’s not shipped with this company. They never deliver to my home, even when I’m there. I always end up going to the post office to collect my packages.Last time was the worst: my order was split into two packages, and after spending two hours at the post office, the postman still couldn’t find one of them. On top of that, the postman was rude and refused to check my address properly to ensure future delivery.It’s now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received my package. This level of service is unacceptable.
I paid €67 in total for my order from Belarus (shipping included), but An Post added another €60 postage and charged €33.55 VAT.I provided proof of the actual payment, yet it was ignored.My parcel has been stuck at An Post for over a month, and I still haven’t received it.This experience shows both poor handling of VAT disputes and very slow processing times.I hope An Post improves transparency and customer service for international deliveries.Tracking number: RR995985404BY
