Absolutely ridiculous costumer service! I ordered westlife stamps on November 12 and got an email that payment was received. Then heard nothing further. When I reached out to costumer service on mail with my order number u asked me what I had ordered and asked to send u correspondence between me and you. When I then reply you tell me that this email is not for this kind of costumer support ! Is this all a scam ?!?!? I am furious
Postman in Limerick City never delivers parcels. Tracking always changes to ''We tried to deliver your item but there was no answer at the door" at 7:30 am (when there is someone at home). Then the ''sorry we missed you" notes can be left at any time in the day (when there is someone at home). The postman doesn't make any attempts to deliver to apartment blocks and doesn't even bring the parcels with him. Honestly what is the point in having a delivery service at all when everyone is just expected to collect their post/parcels at the depot.
How did we end up here redirection service just used to be you filled a form pay thats it now u fill the form on line u print it u sign it then they send you a letter with a pin then you log on then you activate it guys get with the times get a proper website than can check id and do redirection on line an absolute joke of a process.... not fit for purpose in 2025
My 11 year child received a birthday card from a family friend who told my daughter that she had put money in the card but when it arrived the card was empty. What kind of animals work with An Post that steal from children? Can you pay your staff please An Post? Dont tell us it should have been sent by registered post just hire proper decent people. Absolutely evil from An Post!!!
parcel sent on 31/10/2025, and as of the 11 November no update ! Really disappointed with a post have to wait up to 60 days while they investigate!
