Too difficult trying to get back to Parcel option , too many options bouncing up . Should be easier to get back to Parcels . Same goes in trying to add another parcel .Also , I entered the wrong surname on a label , went back to edit but all it would do is take me back to the original error name over and over no matter how many times I tried . A difficult site to navigate . Absolutely no need to make it difficult . Make it easier .
Lack of Service and Long-Term DelaysI arrived to collect multiple packages that had been sitting in limbo for over a week, only to be met with immediate rudeness. While the staff initially blamed recent issues on a few postmen being out sick, this does not explain the fact that delivery problems have persisted since January—nearly eleven months of inconsistent, unreliable service.Contradictory ExplanationsWhen I highlighted this long-term pattern, I was told that complaints cannot be made months after issues begin. Moments later, a completely different excuse was offered: that the delivery route is too long for one person to manage. These shifting explanations do not inspire confidence in the office’s organisation or accountability.Refusal to Release PackagesDespite the prolonged delays, I was refused my already-late packages on the basis that the entire backlog would be delivered tomorrow. Given the repeated failures to deliver over the past year, this assurance felt neither sincere nor credible. I left empty-handed, with no timeline, no resolution, and no responsibility taken.Overall ExperienceThis level of service—marked by poor communication, dismissive attitudes, and a lack of transparency—falls far below what customers should reasonably expect. After nearly a year of ongoing issues, the continued excuses and refusal to address the root problems are simply unacceptable.
An Post applies customs charges on zero-rated VAT items. I explained that my package (via email through ECOMM) should not have VAT. I verified this by checking Revenue's own guidelines for VAT items, and this is clearly zero-rated VAT and the description of the item by the sender clearly states what my item is. I reached out to inform them of this, but they have ignored my emails. They have clearly made a mistake, but are either unwilling or lack the training to resolve the issue. I have sent a complaint to ComRegs, but I doubt they will be held accountable.
Ordered a bed from Amazon with prime for a bed, an post were meant to deliver it, took a holiday from work to wait home all day for it, said it delivered at 15:45pm with no site of it in the area or around my house, it signed off as delivered in a different name then mine and no one from my local area has that name, customer service were useless, they’ve no way of contacting the drivers and said they’d look into it, it was misdelivered although my eircode brings you right to my front door, devastated as I wasted a holiday and had no extra bed for guests the weekend, will never use them as a courier service again, I’m furious & customer service can do nothing useful
