Review Time
First, the item took almost 30 days to arrive. When i did get them they didn’t even come in a shoe box just a bag. Secondly, the boots don’t look anything like the photo and they have a REALLY strong chemical smell!!! They are cheap, no tags or anything and just trash!! The return policy is all BS! You will need to pay to return it (which they will try to talk you out of) and then make you print off a return slip, and then take a picture of the package along with the tracking number number. I paid almost $60 for boots that looked like they cost $10 to make (supposedly on sale from $110, give me a break)!!. If I could upload photos I would! Do NOT order from this site it is a FRAUD!!

I purchased a jacket that looked nice in the photo but it turned out to be very cheap and unattractive on. I also purchased 2 sets of boots they advertised as leather and no they absolutely are not leather! I believe they are made out of Polyurethane and they are very cheaply made along with that. On their website they claim Jennifer Aniston and other stars shop at their store but I am quite sure they do not! This stuff is nothing but low quality junk. I have tried twice to contact them to start a return, but I still have had no response. I would like to suggest those of us who are mad at being lied to to contact the consumer protection agency in your state as well as the Federal Agencies.
I ordered from Ash Ny expecting a U.S.-based company, but the products ship from China. The fabric quality is terrible, the sleeves are too short, and the overall fit is nothing like the photos. Returns are not hassle-free — you must ship the items back to China at your own expense, which is costly and inconvenient. Very misleading advertising and disappointing.
Experienced the same as many others here. If i could give them -10 I would. They are awful and not trust worthyDO NOT ORDER ANYTHING YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT. I have yet to receive my order. I called and there is a voice recording to send an email. I have emailed several times with no response. Terrible!!!
There should be zero or negative stars for Ash New York clothing. They are imposters...not located in the USA as their name suggests (New York...I think not, unless there is a city named New York in China), their actual clothing does not even resemble the products on their website (Goodwill sells clothing in better condition and quality) and I highly doubt Jennifer Aniston would even think about buying clothes from here. Ash New York has the worst quality of fabric and definitely not what a customer would expect. I honestly would not even donate the "winter" jacket I bought to the homeless. Nothing about this thing I mistakenly bought would keep you warm. And forget about returning for a refund. There are no actual humans at Ash New York that will respond to phone calls or emails. Kiss your money goodbye here. So here's an update...Ash New York wrote a response to my review saying...sorry for your bad experience. Please email back to us with you order number and we will remedy your situation. NO, they are full of sh*t because they still will not respond or refund your money. Please don't get sucked into them like I did. I just threw away $66, never to be seen again. Maybe they will enjoy a nice sushi dinner on me.
It has been 17 days and still have not received my order. I am regretting ordering from this company and never will again. I mean you think the name would make you think this is from New York but it obviously is more than likely China. I should have researched the company and read reviews before ordering. I would’ve never ordered from them had I known. Now I am just waiting to see if the quality matches the time it has taken to receive the boots. I am sure I will continue to be disappointed.
The website is misleading, giving a business address in Delaware and saying returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. The item received was of poor cut and poor quality fabric.In actuality, no return information is enclosed. When I emailed the company, I learned return items have to be shipped to China ( expensive ) and a $10 fee is deducted from the refund. This makes the return a lot of effort for a fraction of the item price.Beware of this company!
I was scammed, neither article of clothing had tags on them. They clearly were used goods. This company represents them selves as a NYC company by their name when in fact they are in China. In order to return you have to ship the item(s) to China, they want original photos before any return, they charge $10 per item return fee, and they don’t guarantee a refund.
