I ordered from Ash Ny expecting a U.S.based company, but the products ship from China. The quality is terrible. The boots I ordered looked cheap and did not fit. They said they would accept return but do not offer shipping on returns. I went on UPS site and calculated shipping using the address they provided and it was $400! Now they are offering me a 10% refund and told me to donate them to someone in need. Scam - DO NOT BUY from them!
I purchased a blouse that was absolute crap. I should have researched the company further. I want to return and they told me that I would have to ship it to China and discouraged me from doing so and offered 20%. The clothes are absolute garbage. Do not buy from this company.
I ordered a M leather jacket as a gift and they sent me XL jeans. When I emailed support about the order, they said I could return it to their warehouse in China (shipping would be over $100-200 when I only spent $50 on the leather jacket initially) or they would offer me a 10% refund of the total value of my order. Huge scam
Do not order from this company. It appears to be fraudulent. I received a poor quality sweater and want to return it as their site says No Hassle Returns, they will not allow me to return the sweater from where it came, here in the US. I am told I have to ship it back to China at my expense. The item does not have an labels or tags on it. The cost exceeds the value of the sweater. BUYER BEWARE!!!
AshNewYork must STOP scamming people today. None of the photos on the website are the item that you receive. All of the photos are fake. The photo of the item that I ordered online did not match the item I received. The color, size, etc was all wrong. I will be demanding a full refund.
This company is so misleading. No where in there return does it say you have to send the package back to China at my expense! Nor, does it state your item is coming from China. The item I received is nothing like the advertised sweater. It's a cheap thin knitted sweater. Oh, they say I can have 10% credit and then donate the item. Trust me that sweater is an embarrassment! I would be ashamed to even give it away. I want a full refund. What a scam their running.Please everyone their address indicates Delaware and my suggestion is to notify Delaware Attorney General office of their fraudulent advertisement. It is a scam on how they list their return offer. Nowhere does it indicate you have to return it to China at your own expense!!
The sizing on my shoes was completely wrong. They advertise no hassle returns and pretend to be a US brand, but fail to disclose that you have to ship your returns back to China (with a $10 admin fee), which obviously costs more than their poorly made shoes. I will chalk this up to lesson learned about making a purchase from an unknown company. Should have read these reviews first!
Ugh. Cheap looking shoes. Poor quality- all the way from China where you have to return to the one warehouse at your own expense. They offered a 10 percent refund to avoid return on shoes that looked nothing like the picture. Temu shoes at Nordstrom price. Don’t do it! Also tried to cancel right away. Impossible. Took weeks to get.
