This company will not cover the return shipping for the leather shoes to China. Upon receiving the shoes, they looked nothing like the pictures and were not made of leather at all. The boots were marketed as distressed leather, but this was misleading. Their generic responses to negative feedback suggest they are trying to shift the blame onto the customer. The truth is, they sent shoes that were not just below my expectations, but entirely different from what was advertised. Their refusal to pay for a return indicates a deliberate attempt to scam customers. After reading more reviews, it seems I'm not alone in this experience. Don't waste your time. The quality of what you receive is terrible and does not match what you expected to purchase. They offer a 10% refund, or you can pay to return the item to China.
