Wrong size, poor quality, not European quality, all from China, appears to be false advertising, appears to be false return policy, appears to be false customer service policy.Ordered size 7. They sent shoes with a sticker on the bottom indicating size 40, which is 9-10. The shoes were huge and obviously could not be worn. The shoes were sent from China wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic bag. Received damaged. These are not European shoes as advertised. They were damaged and with a poor, stinky dye job. I doubt leather. Horrid smell. No size or brand actually imprinted anywhere on product. Just the size sticker on bottom. Their freereturn policy is also false advertising. It is a hoax. Extreme cost to mail back toChina with a $10 fee ontop of it. I doubt you will ever see a refund. They would not even send correct size even though I provided photos. Called number on website and there is a message indicating they are on summer break (in October). Noone actually answers and you cannot leave message. BUYER BEWARE.
I ordered 2 items from this fraudulent website. Both items was not as advertised, the silk blouse looked like a cheap pajama top and the dress was worse. I figured trying to get a refund was too mich of a hassel so, i trashed both items. BUYERS BE WARE - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR.
This company is horrible I bought two suits, same size, one was very poorly made and the material was like felt!and hugeThe second suit, same size was too smallTo return was going to cost me 65 dollars and I had no way of knowing if I would get my money back I settled with them for a mere 20 dollars but I spent 120$ on two suits I can never wear
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, just don’t do it. I’m learning the hard way. The shoes I ordered are nothing but junk, cheap pleather and not even the color I ordered. They offer to refund you 10% and keep the shoes vs. shipping them back to China. Don’t get scammed by them.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Delivery took 4 weeks. I asked to have the order cancelled BEFORE it shipped because it was taking so long. They insisted it was already shipped but it sat in a label creates status for another 4 days. Everything comes from china. The US address on their site is fraudulent. They told me I could just return it if I no longer wanted it when it finally arrived and now they was a "administrative" fee and I have to pay shipping and customs charges to return it. Total scam! I'm reporting them to my attorney general for fraud.
do not order from this place. they market "hassle free returns" but it turns out you have to pay a $10 admin fee which is not listed on the website and does not get you a shipping label, as well as shipping to china. For my item it was $230 shipping to return the item. The item itself was only $100. They don't even want their product back but offered first 20% then 30% for me to keep the item. No. I need a full refund given the misleading and fraudulent marketing on their website regarding their returns. their response below makes it seem like i haven't been emailing them daily looking to resolve this issue. the only thing they have offered to do is provide me a 30% refund because they know i cannot spend more than double the cost of the product to china and they are unwilling to update their webpage to not be misleading and fraudulent for their customers. their goal, if you're unsatisfied, is to keep your money. they dont want their low quality merchandise back.
Ash New York steals pictures of products from other companies and uses them to market their products, which are a low quality copycat. Plus, they don't tell you that in order to return the product that doesn't look like the picture, you will have to pay more than the item is worth to ship it directly back to China. Don't order unless you like throwing your money away!!They say they care about their customers and encourage you to reach out to their customer service, but I have reached out 3 times and my opinion of them remains the same. Their words do not match their actions, which in my book makes them a lie.
