Just as others have stated…the product is poor quality and poor workmanship. The return policy is misleading on the front end and you find out about the $10 deduction and having to ship the return to China after contacting them for a return.Do not support this company by purchasing anything.
Fake ass company they are in China not Delaware. 105 for piece of shit plastic boot that looks like they just stapled the silver pieces on they smell horrible they look terrible and they're not even the right size. This is a total scam and fraud in this company should be punished. Please report them
Deceptive. Advertised as leather boots. 100% man made. Sent the wrong size. It will cost as much or more than the boots cost to send back! on top of that they charge $10 to refund. Totally cheap product that is way over priced for what it is! I was scammed. Don't order from Ash New York, a company in China that takes 2 weeks to deliver overpriced trash.
ASH New York Is TRASH!!!Do not buy from here. Just don't do it. They are not USA based even though they have an USA address. Shoes are fake and not what is on their site.You have to pay for international shipping.I will also be reporting to the BBB. Report for fraud.
If I could give a zero I would the products are low quality I bought a jacket described as warm you could die if you were out in freezing temperatures no lining zipper gets stuck they send a second jacket said I ordered it when I remember just looking thru discount for 2 items. For returning its shipping to China which costs a lot of money with a whole set of instructions like they want you to give up cause then they tell you to keep item and they will give you 10% cause they are worried about environment. It’s a scam ! BEWARE!!! They have an address of Delaware on their website. Their phone number when you call is from Belgium. No one answers and one message said they were on summer holiday in November!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. They advertise giving the impression they are in New York. They are not this is a Chinese company. Did not find out until I got the “label created” shipping information. When I realized they were in China I emailed and demanded they confirm that I really did purchase leather shoes as they advertised. They made me wait and confirmed they were “pigskin”. I was told I could not get a refund because it had been more than 15 minutes after ordering. It is now November 6 (I purchased on 10/24) still has not shipped. Was told three days ago “they will expedite” as they have “back orders”. If that is the case why they fraudulently give the impression that it was awaiting pick up. Going to file a fraud complaint with my bank.
If I could give a 0 rating I would. Tha jacket is absolute trash made from the cheapest material possible! They use different pictures which is an absolute lie! The item doesn't look like the picture they have at all! Please do not order anything from this site. I want to return the items but I have to pay for it to be send back to China! Unfortunately this was not listed on their return policy and they try to lure people to by that cheap stuff saying free returns within 30 days. Avoid this site by all costs This is the reply back:I have already contacted you 3 times and all you offer back is 20%. I want my full refund because you items from the picture so not match with the cheap, low quality stuff you send to customers who trust you
