I am warning consumers not to do business with this company. The clothing is inferior and over priced. Received my order on 11/11/2025, items didn't look anything like shown on their website. Items were both too short and too little and poorly made. Their website guarantees a 30-day refund policy however, they neglect to say that they do not pay for the return and that all returns must be shipped to China at the purchaser's expense. Their website represents a New York business, never stating that it was importing items from China. This is Theft via Deception! The worst insult yet is their telling you to keep the poorly made items and offers 10% refund. They don't even deserve 1 star. Buyer please Beware, I lost $113.82 for TRASH!!!
If I could give them zero stars I would. I wish I had read reviews for this company before I ordered from them. The quality of the clothes is the worst I’ve ever seen. I reached out to customer service for return instructions and was told that I would have to pay for all shipping, taxes, and tariffs to return it to China, or they would refund only 10% of the cost of the product. This company should be outlawed from selling anything in the USA. It’s a scam.I see that Ash-New York responded to this review asking me to reach out to them. I did reach out to them when I had the issue with the quality. As stated above - they told me I had to pay for the return to China or accept the 10% refund. Reaching out to them is useless.
The products I ordered were nothing like the description. The boots I ordered were cheaply made and went to try them on and the snap broke. The return policy is awful. You have to pay to ship them items you are returning to China at your cost or the will happily return 10% of your purchase. I Paid $80.96 and I was going to get $8 back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ASH NEW YORK. They are NOT in NEW YORK!
Product is very poor quality. I didn’t realize they were shipped directly from China. Order took a long time to arrive. I had ordered boots that arrived bubble wrapped and a strong chemical smell. The fit was all wrong and were like 2 sizes too big. I reached out to them to return my purchase for a full refund. They honor returns and refunds but you have to pay for the shipping back to China and the cost is the same as the cost of the boots. They offered me a 15% refund and I would be able to keep the boots. I’m so upset for not finding this site with accurate reviews for this Ash New York company
I ordered a jacket from the site and what I received looks nothing like what was pictured. The smell is like chemicals and the fabric is plastic and sticky. The jacket was advertised as faux leather. The zipper does not work either. The company has a Delaware address listed on their site but after looking it up it is just a Registered Agent site. The company is located in China. They advertise hassle free reruns for 30 days but you have to ship the item back to China and pay customs fees on top of shipping costs. The company has offered a 15% refund if I don’t ship the product but that is unacceptable. The item was $50. I have reported the company to the Federal Trade Commission website for fraud and will continue to post reviews about this site. Do not purchase anything from this company. The merchandise is not what is pictured on their site. This is a scam company taking advantage of American consumers looking for good deals!
dropshiped ftom china, must return trash plastic boots back to china, website is fraud, pictures are fraud, and noone should ever order from here.their best possible was for me to pay 40$ to return their crap to China or get 10% refund even though the entire website, product and reviews are fraud.
This company is a bait-and-switch. The sweater I got wasn’t what I saw in the photos. The design was close, but the quality and materials were MUCH cheaper.The pictures seem AI-generated or heavily edited, and the products ship directly from China. If you want to return a product, and I’d say that’s a very big possibility, the cost of shipping it back to China makes it unrealistic. You’ll forfeit your money and throw away the cheap product. This company knows that and profits from it. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop from them.
I feel like this entire company is a scam. The items are not what is pictured on their website and if you have to send an item back they do not send you a return label and make you pay for shipping to some obscure part of China. Yet, they say their business address is in Delaware but you can't send anything back to there.
