It took awhile to get here but the outfit is amazing! I purchased the green dress with the crop top green top. The way the materials are and slightly different green’s really compliment each other in very classy ways. I’m a large by chest standards and booty standards but I have a small waist and short torso. It’s so hard to find clothes that compliment my figure. I’m hooked for another order.
I ordered a pair of shoes, and even though they said it would arrive in 5 - 7 business days, they took nearly four weeks to arrive. When they did, they were the wrong size (an 8.5 instead of a 6). I contacted customer service to return them, and I was told I am responsible for all return shipping costs as well as customs clearance fees or taxes to CHINA. AND, they're taking a 10% off of my refund. They suggested I give them to a friend instead. What a scam of a company!
Horrible cheaply made products. It states they accept returns . However you have to hunt forever. I finally had to email to ask for information on returns. I was told you have to pay for return packages to china ! However if you want to keep the product and then they would only refund you 10% of the item and plant a tree for savings on co2 emissions. How about just give me my money back . Scam company refund policies a joke . I would have never ordered had I realized this company was based in china .
***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OPERATION***I purchased “leather” boots and received stinky, cheap-looking synthetic boots that were not even boxed but folded into a plastic bag and shipped in a poly mailer. As others have reported, there were no tags or product labels anywhere on the product. Their website is full of lies. They say “ Customer happiness is at the core of everything we do. So don't be shy-we respond quickly and always with care,” but when you call, a recording informs you that you should send an email, and when you send an email, you get no response. This is absolutely a scam and I will be reporting them. If you’re thinking about ordering something from them, don’t do it.
Oh my, how I wish I read the reviews of this company before purchasing! I ordered ‘leather’ boots in my size and received boots 2 sizes too big in a synthetic material. They arrived (very late) folded in half in a plastic packaging. Contacted the company who claimed they sent the correct size, and if I want to return I have to pay for shipping. Thought the company was based in NY but it’s in China! Do not buy anything from Ash NY!
I'd give them negative 5 stars if there was such option. It's a scam. If I wanted to have cheap Chinese products I'd order it from one of the popular Chinese companies. These liars are misleading and send you cheap Chinese stuff for a fortune with no option to return. spread the word, don't trust them in the slightest.
