Review Time
I received my order a couple of days and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the items. The Chelsea boots are NOT as advertised and are lightweight foam and thin leather-like material. Definitely not durable or even functional to wear. I have emailed several times requesting a paid return label (at both info & support) emails and haven't received a response. ASH, if you read this my order # is ASH94152. Definitely not a hassle-free transaction and the marketing is very much falsified. I'd highly suggest buying elsewhere.
If I could, I would give them a no star rating. Be warned that their products are shipped from their only warehouse in China. I ordered a pair of shoes from this webiste. When the shoes came, they were not in a box, only wrapped. When I opened the package, there was a very strong, foul, chemical smell, and the shoes did not match the quality shown on the website. However, the worst problem was the size. I orderd my typical size, but the shoes that came were two sizes too big. When I contacted the company, they replied that the size listed was a UK size. No where was this indicated on the product description. I was then told that I would incur all costs in sending the shoes back to their warehouse in China, or I could just keep and give them to someone else to avoid extra carbon emmisions They did not send a return label, only an address. This company is a sham and is run out of China. They employ deceptive advertising.
Hey so I got a men’s stylish zip up casual leather jacket . It’s light weight expected it to be a little heavier . Most of my shirts I get in large so since it’s leather I got it in XL but still fits snugged so recommend you get it two sizes bigger epically if you have bigger arms! Overall it’s decent it doesn’t give that leather high quality look to the jacket you can tell it’s not super high quality but it’s not the worst ! Jacket 6.7/ 10 it passes for a website you’re unsure of! It does look like the picture though .
I ordered a 2 piece suit. It came in a timely manner. It was irregular. The jacket was fine but, the pants were way too long and too small. I am a woman of 5’8, these things were just thrown together it seems. Then trying to get a refund was not next to impossible but impossible. They made it hard to send back, seeing that they were based in china. They discouraged me from sending it back and only offered 5.00 dollars as a refund. Never again!!
This company advertises on Facebook with a fancy website and sells cheaply made products from China and holds themselves out as a US company with easy returns. If you want to return an item you must send it back to China at your own expense and who knows if you ever actually get a refund because I refuse to pay to mail my piece of garbage item back to China. They have a US phone number and address on their website. Beware and tell everyone you know. EDIT after their reply. I had already reached out and had multiple emails with them before I posted this review. They tried to get me to drop my dispute and said they can’t refund my money until I do because PayPal froze their funds. This is a LIE if I drop the dispute I lose my protection from PayPal and can’t reopen it. They are trying to scam me a second time! These people cannot be trusted.
