We are not clowns

I would like to see more classy pieces. I don't like the shirts that are too short in the front. I'm plus size my fupa shows. The prints, colors, super size legs and sleeves make us look like clowns. Please try to put together more classic pieces.

Ashley Stewart quality has gone Downhill

A.S. has cute clothes, though lately the material is cheap, and the quality is bad. For instance, I order a pair of jeans online; once I received them I tried them on and to my surprise the zipper opening of jeans was sewn incorrectly. It was 5 inches to the left and not even straight. Needless to say, the fit looked horrible. It was definitely a flaw. This is not the first time there has been flaws in the clothing items... Where is the quality control???Furthermore, I've noticed when I try to add reviews to items online under the picture of the item, if it's not a raving review it does not get posted; I guess that's where the quality review team is busy doing, deleting all not so great reviews off their website... Smh. Not good busy practice.

Ashley Stewart quality has gone Downhill

A.S. has cute clothes, though lately the material is cheap, and the quality is bad. Mostly nice clothing but BEWARE

I ordered online mid March. It was delivered to an ups drop site as ups can deliver where it wants too apparently (another story another day). I went to retrieve the package twice only to be told they don’t have it. Called Ashley Stewart and had to deal with a non native English speaker with the thickest accent ever. She had difficulty understanding the most basic explanation. Finally get through that and this lady had the nerve to say I have to wait 10Business days for a investigation and to callBack. Why am I chasing yall down when it was failed to be delivered and why am I waiting 10 business days?! Horrible customer experience and unfortunately I have their card. I don’t think I’ll be doing business with them after this cluster!

I shop Ashley Stewart all the time.. in store and online. Shipping is very fast!!! I’m sad that they don’t include return labels anymore which is unfortunate do you have to pay to ship items back and it takes forever to receive a refund. I love their clothes … some items are very frumpy but again just purchase what you do like …. Everything isn’t for everyone . Aside from that no issues.

I shop Ashley Stewart all the time.. in store and online. Shipping is very fast!!! One month ago I spent about a $100 dollars at Ashley. After I paid for my items, the clerk asks me did I want to purchase a bag and I said no. She folded the items and just handed the clothing to me unbagged. I asked her why she's not putting my items in a bag? She said I asked you if you wanted to purchase a bag. I was pissed and told her rude ass I will never buy nothing out that store again. This is poor business. The styles Ashley have is ok but the fabric the clothing made with are extremely cheap. Their garments is not worth buying and is over priced. Ashley too cheap to purchase bags for their paying customers 😕

Ashley Stewart's quality of clothing has change

Ashley Stewart use to have beautiful dresses for church. Some dresses are OK but there are more cheap looking, tacky dresses now with terrible material. They have changed from high quality to bargain basement. I'm not so sure that I will continue to shop with them.
