I'm currently trying to place an order and the promo code I have on this future discount card is not being applied, yet it states it's on in-store and (ONLINE). It also states that it applies to full price olus (ALL SALE ITEMS). From 11/10/23 thru 11/19/23.The code is NOV30X23 for an extra 30% offDate: Nov 11th 2023

I purchased some items and they was delivered to me but I was out of town when they was delivered so I tried to exchange them cuz they do not fit me and they told I can't return them cuz it pass the 30 days I put the order in September 18 2023 like I told that does mean I received them on the 18th so they will not let me return some of the item

I placed an order with 13 items, but some how a portion of the order was not packaged with the other 10 items. When I called I was told that they could see that the weight of the package was off and if I did not receive the order by 3/3 to call back. A couple days later I called again and I was then told they would start an investigation into the lost portion of the order and then said if I had not received the order by the 14th then call back. Needless to say I never received the order and when I calle!

Ashley Stewart has DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This reference is for the credit department. It's excellent when the reps are TAKING our money. But, they assume no accountability, respectability or regret when they are in error. They restricted my GOOD STANDING account because I hadn't used my card in a while. However, I couldn't use the card because THEY neglected to issue us an 11 digit card. Once issued, there was ALWAYS an issue with their website (awful).It is TACKY and unfair to penalize frequent, good standing, timely customers. Shame on Ashley Stewart and Comenity Bank!
