W40086C OR P Do not buy this machine. Not only does it not wash clothes well, but there are constant problems. I have had to have technician out since I first purchased the machine, then it has been one thing after another that has gone wrong with it. First there was a fault crack line in the perspex front. Then the electrics main board malfunctioned and would not progress through the cycle properly. The paint around front started to bubble, show signs of rust, crack and peel off. I have water leaking from under the machine. The drum has now become unbalanced plus. Everytime, it costs me a call out fee to have this machine looked at. I have had to contact ASKO a number of times about this machine with its issues but they refuse to do anything about this horrible washer. They do not care about customer service and follow-up issues. I thought I was doing the right thing in buying a more upmarket washer. However, this machine is worse than the most cheapest washer you can buy.
Worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced.Have a Washer & Dryer. The product is good while it works, however, their after sales is APPALLING!!!near on impossible to even find a contact number, when you do get through to someone, you have someone who simply does not care with no compassion and little regard for their customers on the other end.
serviceAsko delivery is no where near 1 star. It must be 0 star for that. We purchased and made a payment for washing machine from the good guys. Good guys said they even have to buy from Asko website and they only get commission in between for customer service so everything is handled by Asko. On Asko, it said it will be delivered in a month. We were kept getting messages every month that delivery is delayed. It took more than 3 months to get it delivered to the address. Once it was a time, delivery guys was not professional or helpful. He said he will deliver at 7am, we asked if he could move to 7.30am or 8am as we had other things at 7am but no, he strickly replied in non-professional words. Okay, 7am he came, he just drop new one outside of laundry and running(which is okay to understand as he might have lot other deliveries). When you pay $1600, you expect at least professional service.Heard about Asko machine, I hope there won't be any issue as this would be my first and last purchase any way.
My dryer one year old some time doesn’t dry the clothes for four and half I call the technician from. ASKO he come today he fixed some pipe and he didn’t clean all dust when I come home I tried to get all parts together I find out the bottom door broking I call the technician he said to me call ASKO after too days other way am telling the company the problem is not under warranty they will charging $135.00 I call ASKO to report he tried to get out of it they supposed to back to me in too hours I haven’t heard anything yet what my supposed to do?
Bought a gas Cooktop. Came highly recommended by sales person at the Good Guys. Paid deposit as there were only 5 left in stock. Paid rest on 23 April 2024. Delivery was requested for 26 April. Early may went back to Good Guys as still no cooktop. Rep said 2 weeks to delivery. Went back to Good Guys today. Called the rep. Now new date is in July. Did the cooktop I paid a holding deposit on just magically disappeared?. Absolutely discusting. I would like a full refund ASKO. Here is the invoice number.AVS-50087281.
Never again. Shortly after purchasing our dishwasher the cutlery draw started to disintegrate. After a few months it was almost unusable. To their credit (after discussion) Asko replace the cutlery draw. However the same thing has happened again but Asko are now not prepared to replace the draws. The dishwasher was installed and set up by an Asko technician . I have never had this issue with any other dishwasher. I paid a premium to purchase an Asko but never again. Now i am off to VCAT to have the matter resolved.Surely there must be an issue if the same part fails twice. After sales service is non existent
Utterly appalling customer service!!Our dishwasher stopped working a couple of weeks ago and we contacted our rental agency, who passed us onto ASKO promptly.Firstly, all I can gather is they couldn’t be bothered to come out, so tried to get us to fix it (despite us informing them that we’d tried all of the usual steps including removing the filter).Finally an appointment day is confirmed, only to have the time slot confirmed after hours on the day before! The appointment slot given was after 4.30, which didn’t work for either of us (never had a service person come after 4 pm before!!). Tried to call to get it rearranged, only to be told that they can’t confirm slots sooner…Let’s hope their service people are better than their customer service (well let’s face it not like they could be worse at this point!)
We bought a dishwasher from Asko but they didn't give us any options for delivery time. On the day of the delivery they called us and told us the delivery time in the morning, which messed up the plans we had for the day. I requested a change of the delivery time by calling the customer service but they just didn't even consider our circumstances at all and forced us to be at home for the period they planned to deliver. I'm disappointed with their very poor customer service.
