GREAT items, fast shipping & Amazing Customer Service

Great items and Amazing customer service. I ordered multiple times here and the shipping is always superfast. My last order was the wrong one (my mistake) and I emailed them to cancel it. However, I ordered on the weekend and they already shipped before they could read my email. They responded immediately this morning and came up with a great solution. 100% ordering here again.

Their return system is very inefficient

Their return system is very anti-customer friendly, as you have to pay for all the costs yourself. I understand that we're trying to reduce the CO2 footprint, but this just sounds ridiculous.Paying shipping on the 200eur delivery plus paying for the return. Will make sure not to use your services again despite the great selection.

Very happy with purchasing at Asphaltgold. I had some issues with paying with Ideal but after sending an e-mail to Asphaltgold this was solved. Prices are much lower then in NL and the scope is larger. Delivery went smooth and fast. Asphaltgold is great ! Sehr gut !
