Don't buy here!!!Didn't receive my refund when i returned my order. Even when I showed the Track and Trace and Proof from parcel that de order is delivered. This shop is a SCAM! They tell you that they didn't receive and don't answer your emails when you want a solution.
I recently had a very frustrating experience with Asphaltgold while trying to return a pair of shoes. After waiting far too long for my order to arrive, the shoes finally came – but with a visible defect. When I tried to initiate the return, the website wouldn’t let me proceed, seemingly due to a timing issue caused by the delayed delivery.To make matters worse, I reached out to customer service over a week ago, but the responses have been slow and unhelpful. I’m left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed, especially given that this could have been easily resolved with better support and a more efficient return process.
Terrible customer service. Sent pack a pair of shoes (which I had to pay for), then got the pair sent back to me for no reason. I have been trying to reach them to resolve this ever since. Called multiple times but they never answer + sent 4 emails. No response. Nothing. Crickets.
I reached out to Asphaltgold on September 26 about a package I never received and completed a required recipient declaration for DHL on September 30. Since then, despite multiple follow-up emails, I've had no response. It’s been over a month now, and I'm left without any update. Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional handling of this issue.
Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First of all I have not received my order, and I have been trying to get in contact with them for 2 weeks. I am still waiting on a response, I tried sending them a dm on instagram and I got told they would look into the problem. But they just forwarded the issue to a different department. After that i received 2 automated emails asking if I wanted to fill in a survey on how well they helped me (mind you i still haven’t been helped yet). Now they have resorted to blatantly ignoring me on instagram when I told them my problem was still not resolved.I would not recommend using this website to anyone! Ordered a pair of slides which were $400 received nothing and still don’t have a refund.
More than a month since my order and still nothing.Careless customer service. They do not reply to my e-mails, delete the comments I leave on their Instagram to ask for some news.They do not care about their customers satisfaction.I do not recommend buying from them.In case their customer service read my review, here is my order number AG43772068.
