This company is refusing to pay me a refund for my return that has been delivered to them and lost 15 euros sending them returned sneakers that was on sale 99 euros but was too small.Will come in 2 mounths whit BBB to make a visit to see in person who screwed me,hope you like football fans.Bad blue boys ftw

There's definitely something wrong with their return process. Return package goes missing twice and I strongly believe it has to do with their return process, please set up a decent return process for EU orders like professional webshops do for 10 years. Delivery service says it has been delivered, but AsphaltGold says it didnt. I truly can't believe that this is just bad luck and I have the feeling I'm being fooled.Edit: I've sent a proof of shipment to AG which shows I filled in the address complete and correct.
***WARNING***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Returned a pair of online purchased shoes with a recorded and registered courier. Proof of delivery from Deutsche Post on 18th January but a denial of delivery from Asphalt Gold so no refund. This has happened multiple times, as can be seen from other Asphalt Gold Trustpilot reviewers, unfortunately a fraudulent outfit. I’m hoping my VISA guarantee will now cover my refund but a terrible experience nonetheless.
I've purchased twice so far on this site and I'm super happy w my products, my sneakers are the bomb, their Asphaltgold totes are my everyday go to bag, premium quality, so far every time I've contacted their customer service they were clear and helpful. I did return the baseball cap recently, payed shipping as they said on the web since I live outside of Germany, got confirmation and refund. Fast shipping, fast return, fast answers, excellent selection of products. Will be buying more from this site. Recommendations.
1. Delivery was quick took about 4 days. 2. The product was amazing, fitted me perfect. 3. I ordered the wrong sized item at first, order a medium north face filet but my size is L. They cancelled the order and refunded me my money straight away. 4. Amazing company will defo order again and use that 10% discount voucher. Thanks Asphalt Gold!
I ordered a Christmas present but it never came. The T&T is saying that it’s still on it’s way with the driver since 20/12. The customer service told me that it is at a pick up point which is not true, I have checked it + a pick up point never keeps a package longer then a week. Now Celine is acting a bit rude and she not replying no more. Very unsatisfied with the service.
