Order #AG43439004First and last time. Terrible. . Ordered pair of adidas runners. Went away on two weeks business trip. Runners arrived during time away. Got home to find the size 42 “genuine” Adidas runners were much too tight. Never have I ordered genuines adidas runners which are not true to size. 14 day return period had expired so contacted their customer service. Told I could return them but I would have to pay shipping costs. Asked for more clemency and never heard back. When everyone else is offering 28 day return periods and these antiquated jokers are offering 14 with no grace they will eventually cease. Certainly I for one will be using word of mouth to tell friends to Caveat Emptor. And in response to your answer. Correct, it is not a suitable solution hence my first and last comment.
Update(7/3/24): shoes were sent back almost immediately and have been with themsince 7days and yet no communication over confirmation or refund status. Overall below par service - wouldn’t not recommend for it poor service reasons. 2 starsReceived shoes that were of completely wrong size. It’s been 4 weeks since order I don’t have the shoes I wanted nor the money I paid(waiting for refund). Which is a strange thing to happen, you’d expect this at a second hand store or at Vinted for instance. However, they were kind enough to provide a free return label.
I ordered a pair of Vans that I couldn’t get hold of in the UK and I am very pleased with the service and product I have received. I was really impressed by the amount of stuff available online and considering the trainers had to come from Germany to the UK, I was also very impressed by the speed of delivery.
This is the second order made with them and everything is perfect. Packed with care. Good prices. The shipping was fast (2 days from DE to RO + 1 day to my home, same the first time). The item is original. Trusted seller in my opinion and I will definitely buy from them again!
I was also a bit skeptical reading the reviews, but I am glad I bit the bullet. I have placed two separate orders and both were fulfilled perfectly. Interesting offers, fast shipping, fast delivery (received the items within two days, DE to NL). You can't blame the webshop when you incorrectly return a product. Even calling it a scam is ridiculous. I will definitely be ordering my Nikes from them again. Keep up the good work!
I’ve returned an order but only received refund from some items. They say that other items are probably lost while they were in the same parcel. Not a reliable story and they won’t refund me. Not easy to get in contact with them and really feels like scam.They say that they could arrange a solution but they again don't react on my emails.
