Looks like I should have trusted Trustpilot. Somehow a lot of their returns are not received. Or in my case they have no employee named whatever is on the received signature. Shipping was fast. But guess they make their money on scamming the parcel delivery company. Shame on you.UpdateSo GLS has a certain form that needs to be filled out correct. Shop stamp doesn’t match return address so GLS will not accept. But guess what the people at asphaltgold doesn’t care, and will not fill in a new form. And I need this to get the money back. Guess they didn’t mean they would support me in this.
As I expected, the shipment has not moved. It wasn't your fault? and who is to blame, me? you wrote 3-5 days ago that the delivery is over, it will already be almost 1 month, how can you be so incorrect??? go to where you dropped them and demand that they send me the sneakers immediately. if you don't send me a new shipment with DHL express in 2 days for them to arrive, because I have given the money and I expect all things from the contract to be respected, send them to me with a quick order because I'm tired of waiting for you. I hope I never come across such incorrect stores like you again. if you can't give me back the money to buy sneakers. I will wait 3 months for some sneakers from incorrect sellers. send an employee right away to fix things and get my sneakers. you will pay DHL 15 euro and you will send them to me immediately, because it is your fault and not me. if you don't give me my money back
ordered a price reduced pair of sneakers on thursday, shipping happened on friday, delivery on monday.packaging looked good, they even threw in some little goodies (stickers n' shi*). while unboxing i noticed some minor imperfections with the sneaker, so i contacted their customer service. quick, friendly replies, another 10% discount were sent to my paypal on tuesday morning.
Really good service, trainers came just as I ordered them. Fit perfectly and delivery in the time frame they said, I wasn't initially I put off after I placed the order, I got a separate email saying there could be additional charges due to brexit. But there were no additional charges and happy with the trainers
I'm used to wear Nike Air Force 1, and always order in size 44 (FR). So I did the same on their site, and for the first time the size is too big.Don't know where it comes from, but here we are.So I contact their support to check what can be done, as the cost to ship back to Germany (I'm in France) is on the customer account. This is written in their T&Cs, so nothing to say on that point.Their answer: a simple copy/paste of their T&Cs.Sadly, this was my first and last order with them, as there is no customer service behind it
Initial queries (to look at the possibility of delivery to a hotel address) were responded to comprehensively and helpfully by Jennik. Registration complications led to me ordering the trainers I wanted to my UK address; despatch was lightning quick (next working day morning) while tracking was helpful and the trainers I wanted arrived in less than a week. Warnings about possible customs charges were really clear. I would thoroughly recommend this retailer and would happily use them again myself. Thanks for a great experience!
After ordering a pair of sneakers and waiting for the order, DHL told the company that the adress is not correct ( witch is not true) and send it back to them after talking via the phone the said that they would refund the money ( that didnt happen) about a week later i get a track and trace that they are sending it again, this time they were told that i didnt accept the package..( witch is not true because i never received the sneakers)i tried calling, mailing but still nobody answers, how weird is that... and still waiting for my money back... this was 31th of juli and its now the 25e of august.Still waiting for a response .............
So I ordered two pair of shoes for my wife, tried them to see which was better fit and returned the other pair of shoes to the address they stated on their webside. The days passed by and i did not recieve my return, at first I was not worry since I read they could take few days to get my refund, however I email them to get an update and they said they needed first proof of the tracking number which I did sent them, and now they are saying they never recieved the package and the signature of the reciever does not work for them and that the address must be wrong. After several emails back and forth, the last I sent one was to confirm the address and I have not gotten any reply ever since, of course because the address is accurate, so either they are lying on their website about their address or they just do not want to be responsible and refund my money and they are stealing on our faces.
