return costs too high

The company doesn't provide free returns outside Germany. It's fine. I asked to use their courier DHL through them so I could pay a fair amount to return the item but they say I should pick my own courier which obviously costs a lot if international.I will never order from them again for this reason.

Ordered to send to me in UK. Here in less than week, no issues, smooth delivery. If ordering Adidas ‘Kick’ they come up slightly smaller so would advise size up. But great to deal with and very happy.

Are they authentic Nikes?

I received my trainers no problem. Happy with the delivery and time etc. there airforce 1s. I know they crease very easily usually, as I’ve had my pairs from Nike.com. I’m just wondering if there real as they have seemed to creased very easily after only a couple of wears and starting to lose shape.

Always no reply

There is no reply whenever I’ve sent an email to their support services. I have asked about the model and size that I want to order before I travel to Poland. Now I am in Poland but there is no reply from the company. I will not order from them as I am not sure if the order can be delivered within 1-3 days as mentioned in the website.

The return of the package did not work

The return of the package did not work. Today I even got the message that package from abroad need to be resend on cost of the customer ...I will never order on Asphaltgold again.
