The Ayvens Flex team have been really tested this year with the volume of vehicles we've had from them. Throughout the year they've been extremely helpful and quick to respond to emails which is always appreciated. They've also been really patient with all of the changes and last minute adjustments I've requested.
My most recent 100% electric company car via Ayvens was very temperamental to say the least and riddled with factory faults. During this frustrating time both Najma Abdullahi (customer services executive) and Abdul Qadoos (operations executive) have gone above and beyond in all aspects in ensuring I was kept mobile at all times and being very flexible and accommodating around my busy schedule. This made the whole ordeal quite pleasant with minimum downtime incurred towards my day to day duties.
While our experience with the Drive Electric booking process was far from desirable, Sara Byrne went above and beyond to help us through the process. She was courteous and efficient as well as always available to answer any questions. To be honest, if not for her we would have given up and gone elsewhere.

Their lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and complete disregard for customers made this the worst leasing experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the frustration and go with a reputable company instead.Never again!
