Helpful and professional service from Sharon K.However when I tried to place my new car order I was told it was to early to place it. This is despite the fact that I had asked to question several times and still told to order from various Ayvens staff. A waste of my time looking at vehicles which may not be available or may have increased in price when I can actually order a vehicle.
Had to contact customer service re an after sale issue, I expected being a large company likely to focus on new buisness this would be a difficult experience. Pleasantly surprised - advisors were helpful, prompt and polite. Really happy, and will continue to use aven.
Ayvens uses halfords for MOT but the two don't communicate !car booked in with ayvens on the phone via their call centre for 08.30 slot, advised to wait as it will be ready in an hour.turn up at halfords to be told its booked in for 11.00 and "ayvens always do this" when asked why the 8.30 slot.Called Ayvens to complain -they disconnect the call 5 mins into conversation.called again to then be 'talked at' rather than listening to my complaint. Put through to complaints - 5 mins into conversation, he also disconnects the call !appalling customer services and staff attitudes, no people skills, poor processes of communication, not interested.
I had a recent query regarding my registration plate transfer which was outstanding. I called and discussed with a lady called Megan who resolved the issue that was rather complex, she maintained a high level of professionalism and extremely proactive. She ensured she communicated throughout the process and took the lead to resolve while i was on the phone and not passing this on. I was so happy she dealt with my concern and supported me through the process. Thank you Megan, you restored my faith in Ayvens following a rocky start.
Was sold an electric car and was not told before or after this on sale. Never got a full spec from sale or dealership. Awful experience when dropped off. Accused of scratching the car as turned up with glue residue all over it. Never was shown round the car. 3 failings to tell me it’s electric. 5 days of phone calls refused to accept responsibility or have the whole contract cancelled.
